I think it was 15 minutes that I was there from start to finish. It may not have been the cheapest oil change even though I got the middle of the road synthetic oil, but I could say that with two oil filter changes, oil and my $15 off - I felt like it was well worth it . After their inspection I was sent an estimate totaling $3,125.81 for repairs and services they claimed were needed. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion before moving forward. I took my vehicle to Bill Tires LLC, and they were able to quickly diagnose the actual issue and fix everything including additional needed work for $299.00. The difference in price and diagnosis was shocking. I don't normally write negative reviews but this experience was upsetting enough that I feel obligated to share it. Charging nearly $100 for a diagnosis that led to what appears to be unnecessary recommendations is extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here. Mike

He asked if it was my first time there. I told him no, that I had been there before. He then said, "Oh, because you were just waiting back there." I explained that I was waiting because there were cones up and he was already assisting another customer. Instead of simply helping me, he responded with, "We've had those cones since 1988," in a sarcastic tone. At that point, I asked for someone else to assist me because I wasn't there to argue--I was there to get an oil change. Unfortunately, Alex continued with his smart remarks and unprofessional attitude. I was speaking Spanish on the phone with a friend before our interaction, and I couldn't help but feel like I was treated differently because I'm Latina. Whether that was the reason or not, that's how the experience made me feel. I left and took my business to Jiffy Lube in Seminole instead, where I told them what had happened. Alex's behavior is the reason I will never return to this location. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable.

She even told me it was a very nice truck, which made me feel so much better about my purchase!  I went in expecting there would probably be quite a bit of routine maintenance that was overdue. Instead, Vanessa told me I still had at least another 5,000 miles before any of it was necessary. The timing couldn't have been better from a financial standpoint!
