Yes, it's expensive but ALL maintenance is expensive but if you break it down, the high cost of quality oil and parts is the majority of the costs. Once, they failed to replace my dipstick! That resulted in oil spray all over the engine compartment. This time, it was the tire pressure. I asked for 33 psi all the way around. Air pressure is listed as part of their service. They lost two of my valve caps. I did not get the pressure I requested. No two tires were the same, and none of them was 33 psi. Nope!
