Definitely negative experiences. As a short background, I had a Nissan Xterra that sat for nearly 2 years of my driveway, because no one in Bandera could seem to pinpoint what issues were. I even had one shop tell me to "drive it until the wheels fell off", completely, disregarding the fact that this is my only transportation and my safety, and sometimes life, depend upon it. When I totaled my Ranger, I had been so impressed with the work that Main Street had done on it, that I took a huge leap of faith and put the total money into repairing all the mystery ailments of the Xterra. As a surprise for me, the mystery ailments weren't at all a surprise to Main Street and they fixed it beautifully. I always get my oil changed there as they do a bumper-to-bumper review of everything and I'm telling you these people do not tell you you need something that you don't. They will tell you if they see something that you can expect might need attention so you're not blindsided, unlike the other auto shop. They care about my safety. They did me so right on my Xterra when I was just in the worst spot ever. If you want an auto shop that you can honestly trust, I can't recommend them enough. If you live in Bandera, they are on 16 like you're heading to Medina on your left across from K and M auto. They are open on weekdays. They have quite a number of bays so if you make an oil change appointment with you they get you done quick. My Xterra has 222,000 miles on it. It's running better today than when I bought it at 170,000 miles. Thank you, Main Street!!

I called back around 3 pm and the lady said the man UV light broke that he was waiting on another one to come and waiting on a part... not in 10 minutes go by and the man calls to say I would have to pay $2,000 for a part and 1,000 for labor. He never said anything about a leak, moisture etc... I picked my car up and he charged me $95 for the dye and Freon and then I took it to Toyota where I purchased the car and they tested that there was no Freon in the car or dye detected anywhere and there was no leak or moisture. Today when my father went back and asked the cardonas what's the deal he said well I put in the Freon and dye in for free. He said there was moisture And His $95 test was bs his business doesn't deserve anyone's service they want to gouge your eyes out! do not go to them No stars I had to pick one to post this
