I'm not a local and we were on our way to the coast and had a bubble form on our tire. Most shops were either closed or didn't have a tire in our size and our spare rime was cracked. My wife found his shop on the web and called. He was already closed and had left the shop but he said he would come back and open and see what he could do for us. We were stuck, our tire wouldn't get us back home or to the coast and it was a holiday weekend . He was true to his word and was waiting for us. He called around to find a tire but everyone was closed. He went and dug around and found a tire that was close but after exhaustingly trying to get it to seat, no dice. But we eventually remembered we had a tire in back of truck that would hold air and it was just the rim was bad. Lol. It took them 2 weeks to get my truck back to me. The only reason is because they kept pushing it off and taking on other "more important" jobs as they also work on company vehicles. I now have my tuck back and my front end suspension is making noise and most like needs another repair. I will not be returning here EVER AGAIN. I absolutely do not recommend using these people. Not to mention. The level of unprofessionalism by Juan the secretary is absolutely outrageous. That guy has been extremely rude everyone I spoke with him. He doesn't sound like he likes his life very much and maybe it's because he's a secretary at a truck shop but that doesn't mean you can suck at your job and treat people rudely.

I had a long 3 hour wait to get my tires looked at because my car started wobbling funny and my usual mechanic (dad) was too far away to assess it. They found an issue with both front tires. No big deal, easy enough to fix. One back tire was fine because it was newer and one had been on the car since we bought it, so it needed replaced but they told me it was OK for the interim. I ended up calling dad to let him know what happened and he decided to trailer my car back to my hometown and trade me the truck. Upon his inspection, they never should have let me drive out of the shop on the rear tire. There was a deep crack and exposed wires. It was a miracle nothing happened prior to getting it checked out. They're not a bad business and I will chalk it up to busy day and an oversight. It just seems fair to let you know in case you have big tires with thin walls like I do.
