I had the crawfish monica- absolutely delicious. Crawfish was well seasoned. Two of our employees said their shrimp poboy was just as good as the ones in New Orleans. We tried the shrimp and grits which are comparable to my favorite shrimp and grits in town. The Pasta St. Charles and chicken shrimp Alfredo were also wonderful. The chicken and waffles were the least favorite. Chicken was kind of small and the waffle was dense instead of light and fluffy. But YA'LL...those beignets...slap ya mama fantastic!
