Well that was a bold face lie, so I had to call these guys to come out. He set up and fixed my grandfather clock, showed me what he did, showed me how to best keep it in working order. Couple weeks later I pushed the pendulum too hard and it came out of its track. Well they back their work with a 90 day warranty so he just came out right away, fixed it, told me what I did wrong, installed something that will help prevent that from happening and told me what NOT to do. The man is very quiet, doesn't say much, but he definitely speaks through his work, and when he does speak it's to teach you and help you with your clock.
