This company is FRAUD!!!!!!! Please read!!! This is CK HOME DESIGN & REMODELING!!!!! Please do not use them. We found them through yelp and contacted them. Keith came by and gave us a quote by the end of the day. It was reasonable pricing so we went through with it. It was supposed to be done by 11/22 but nothing was done so we called them. They said we have to pay another $2500 otherwise they won't finish the project. After a long communication, we agreed cause we have faith that they're stil a legit business but NO THEY SCAMMED US!!!! It's 11/26 today and that was the new due date and nothing has been done. NOTHING!!!!!! They ignored our calls and emails and completely vanished. They're racist and a complete fraud. We already have contacted our attorney and starting our claims through small business claims and also filing legal complaints. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! Please also contact me if you experienced something similiar!!! The owner is responding to the post but not their emails or phones. THIS IS TO THE OWNER KEITH ROBERTS! We are willing to drop all the charges, all we want is our HARD EARNED MONEY BACK! We are not even asking for any time compensation or anything. Please mail us back the deposit, this is all we are asking for. THE owner replied back to another post (that's not even relevant to me) saying that "I should learn my lesson" and admitting that he took my money and ran off! UPDATE: The owner threaten to sue us when we are the victim here. He said "I should learn my lesson". Previously they refuse to start the project because of our previous yelp review. This is our freedom to let other consumer know how we truthfully feel towards the business and it's illegal to tell us to take down our review. We have proofs in writing about this!! He called us names and made us feel so uncomfortable, I'm willing to take this to court and let everyone know about his business ethnic. He has been reported to BBB and I truthfully want everyone to know how this business runs and they have no integrity. They are ignoring our calls and only called my fiancé once to threaten us. I don't even feel safe in my own home because of them now. It's so upsetting and I can't wait for him to "sue" us for posting truthful reviews so I can finally see them in person. This business needs to be terminated and Keith Roberts and his wife Mary needs to stop this!! You're hurting innocent people. 11/27 The owner keep responding back to my post but blocked my number on his cell phone and his wife refused to email me back or pick up my calls. I'm willing to invest my time to update this post continuously because I need justice to be serve and simply ignoring my calls isn't going to make me stop. Keith called us names and used language that should never be used in a professional environment. The project was to cement my backyard and now he's saying "breach of contract" cause weather permitting. I have solid proofs that the weather WAS permitting. It's such non sense that they can just take our money and run off because it's "weather permitting project." It's not anywhere in the contract. This is so upsetting cause the only way for us to hear back from Keith is when he replies back to my comment and sabotaging my personal reference. Please help! read more

Keith, from CK Home Design and Handyman Services, is an EXCELLENT carpenter! He is very reasonable with his pricing. He answered all of my questions with distinction. He is very attentive to detail and takes pride in the work he does. He did a wonderful job on both my kitchen and my bathroom! He was neat and clean, he was punctual and kept great communication!
