The top implant was placed perfectly, but the bottom implant was placed extremely crooked. It's on the inside of my lip on the right, and on the left side it's BARELY underneath the surface of the skin. She placed it so that it's pushing/poking outward on the left, creating a massive bump. Immediately after getting off the operating table I could tell something was wrong, even though I had massive swelling. Immediately I could tell. That's how crooked it was. I have the messages to prove that immediately after the surgery I was saying this. For months, she told me the bump wasn't the implant. She told me it was a hematoma, it was swelling, that I was imagining the bump and it wasn't real, etc. Finally, she agreed to fix it, so I went back to Mexico. She told me that she would make a new path and place it further down on the left side. All she did was take it out and put it back in exactly the same spot. Only this time, it was pushing out so badly that the implant was poking directly out of the incision she made. I had an implant poking out of my lip, with the incision healing around it. After she took it out and put it back in the same spot, she told me to feel it (when I was on Xanax and the swelling was immense). She had me say it felt ok, even though it wasn't possible for me to know in that moment and even though she knew it was placed along the same track. She did this so that she could throw it in my face later on. Since then, every surgeon I've talked to has told me that it isn't possible to create a new path without letting the old one heal for 3-6 months. Dr Stephania knew this, and still had me go back so she could take it out and put it back in the same spot. She KNEW the danger she was putting me in. She KNEW that it would go back into the same spot, and still did that to me! Immediately after the first procedure, I got the after-care instructions. I followed them 100% perfectly. She is blaming her crooked placement on me, lying and saying I "didn't have the instructions and I didn't follow them". I have the WhatsApp messages proving that I had the instructions immediately afterward. She's saying I was "abusive" because I was panicking after she mutilated me. I have the WhatsApp messages proving that I never once called her any names or was mean, but that I was reasonably panicking because of my mutilation. On my way down to Mexico, I was placed in the wrong line by the airline staff while trying to print my boarding pass. I missed my flight and was given a new flight, which was arriving later. The airline acknowledged their mistake and gave me a free new flight. I never even got through security or to my gate. Dr Stephania completely fabricated that "I didn't get there on time because I wasn't paying attention at the gate". She is completely delusional. Every doctor I have talked to has said that this js a placement issue. There is nothing I could have done to cause it to be placed this superficially on the left side. She mutilated me and never took responsibility. I've now had to pay $8,000 for both trips to Mexico, and to have doctors here fix what she did to me. This woman is a pathological liar and is willing to harm and blame her patients in order to try to cover up her mistakes. Do NOT go to this place. She will mutilate you, blame you for it, and never take responsibility. Look at the delusional messages she sent me. Does a doctor abuse and lie their patients in this way after mutilating them? She needs to have her license revoked.

After checking their website and menu prices, i noticed that the $3,300 charge was for 20-25 units, so I finally decided to email them to express my disappointment in feeling taken advantage of. They overcharged me by $1,140 mxn and when I brought it up, they lied and said that was the price I should have paid, even though it did not match what was on their online price menu or menu card in the location. After sending a few emails, they refused to work with me to reach a solution and because of this I have to rate them one star. Total scam. The place looks cute, but their prices are above avg, and they will still try to make you pay more than the service you were given. The lack of honesty will leave you feeling disappointed. Not worth it.
