When it came time to pay, they wanted to charge me $3,300 mxn for the Botox service. When I asked why, they mentioned it was because that was the flat rate after 15 units. Not wanting to fully confront the issue, I paid the price. After checking their website and menu prices, i noticed that the $3,300 charge was for 20-25 units, so I finally decided to email them to express my disappointment in feeling taken advantage of. They overcharged me by $1,140 mxn and when I brought it up, they lied and said that was the price I should have paid, even though it did not match what was on their online price menu or menu card in the location. After sending a few emails, they refused to work with me to reach a solution and because of this I have to rate them one star. Total scam. The place looks cute, but their prices are above avg, and they will still try to make you pay more than the service you were given. The lack of honesty will leave you feeling disappointed. Not worth it.
