So I realize there are a lot of COVID cases right now but this service was just beyond…read moreunderstandable. I went for a Rapid COVID test and waited 1 hour past my appointment time before anyone came to see me as I waited in the designated parking lot spot. Then I waited over an hour for my "inconclusive" results and was then told it had to be sent out for results in 72 hours. I gave them my insurance card to pay $75 for the Rapid test even though I was now getting a test which is normally free. I was told they would call me with the results. After I got home I received 2 separate phone calls. The first said they had forgotten to copy my insurance card and needed my numbers. The second call said they had written down the wrong numbers from my insurance card! I waited over 96 hours and never heard back from them so I called about my results. I was told that they had lost my testing swab and I would need to come back and get retested! Well at this point I no longer had any symptoms so no need for that. I said "well I hope you are not going to bill my insurance for something I never got". She said in a very curt manner " I will call billing and make sure you never get billed" and at that she hung up on me! Well I know this place has pretty good reviews but I for one will never be using them again after this incompetency.

Had both thumbs injected. Left healed faster. Right took twice as long but was much worse. Completely healed. 2 months ago had left knee injected. Will take quite a while to heal due to it being a weight-bearing joint could take 6-12 months. So for now I limp, but being an RN, I know this type of healing will take time. PA said time for partial knee replacement but I said no... time for stem cells! Love Susan. So caring and never acts rushed. Worth the money. Even though I know Medicare would pay for my surgery and my rehab and everything I need for all this, I do not want another knee surgery. Just like I had a rotator cuff tear back in 2008. I had to have a rotator cuff repair and I would not want to go through that surgery again. My left shoulder I could barely lift my arm up and now I have got complete full range of motion back. When I told him he didn't send me an email and sent it to someone else instead, he casually said, "Oh, I just copied and pasted it." Are you freaking kidding me? Do your job and review your work, because that carelessness proves how unorganized this office is. To top it all off, while they spammed me with reminders--even sending four text messages while I was trying to join my visit--they completely failed to send the actual video link for both video visits, forcing me to call them. I even told the doctor directly not to send any reminders, and she still called me the day before the 3rd appointment. The next day... again; no emails with the link to the session. At this point I was beyond fed up with this office. They sent tons of unnecessary alerts for a literal 5-10 minute appointment, but couldn't manage to send the one email actually needed to attend it. Multiple unreturned voicemails, ignored requests, and total chaos. This office completely lacks organization and communication.
