I was completely taken off guard because from the minute we walked into the ER we were treated with nothing but kindness and efficiency. He was quickly taken in to be treated, then when he was transferred to a hospital room we had the same experience. Everyone that we encountered was nice, explained everything as we went through this difficult experience, and made a frightening time so much easier to go through. We will not hesitate to use the ER or hospital in the future.
