I am advocate for small business and would never give a negative review, but some people abuse their power. He re-did my uncles roof in the building that I live in. He did not clean up after himself and people were getting nails in their tires for months. Only after 2 months, the roof he did started to leak. He left the flashing showing without the shingles to cover parts of the roof. When we confronted him about the roof leaking and the not being complete, he drug us on for over 2 years about how his schedule was booked. He would never tell us when he had an opening when I would ask. If my uncle was an aggressive person, we easily could have won a suit in court. I still have the texts of him avoiding to fix the service that he provided. The roof has progressively gotten worse and he has now blocked our numbers instead of fixing the problem he caused.

I received a lovely email from Vanessa at Reich offering me a $120 same day service call and that a foreman would be out in the next week or so. I called to arrange the repair and was told that Chris, the foreman, would call to make the appointment. After a month with no word, I called to make sure I was still on the schedule, Vanessa assured me I was. A few weeks later I got a voicemail from Chris which I returned within the hour stating that I could leave work early the next day to meet him at my house. No response. THAT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO. Leaving someone with a leaky roof in limbo is not only a horrible business practice but a shameful way to treat potential customers. Obviously, I used another roofer. I called that company on a Friday and they had the repair techs out to my house first thing Monday.
