Joe and the Juice, Pret, McDonald's and Starbucks all have outlets here. In terms of shops, there are a small number of brands including Boots, Hotel Chocolat Superdrug, obviously, the selection in the outside mall across the way is far superior. It is fairly spacious and clean. 3* - Somewhere I'd pass through just to get between Hammersmith stations, rather than by choice, but still could be a hell of a lot worse. Certainly good to grab a coffee due to the selection of outlets.

Lalique produces a new crystal Christmas tree decoration every year which I've been collecting for the past 6 years. Whenever I go into the shop to buy each year's new piece I haven't felt welcomed - perhaps as I'm spending under £100. However, on the couple of occasions when I've been in to buy something considerably more expensive the welcome and attention has been of a higher standard. There is a logic behind this I suppose, but carrying on like this means that people with a little to spend may not come back - not the best idea for a shop. Due to this, I don't really feel comfortable going into the shop for a look round, which is a shame as some of the items are gorgeous.

As this is the case, Burton's isn't very big so there isn't much choice of products. Quite a lot of it is taken up by suits so those who prefer something more casual may struggle to find something they like. I've never found Burton's clothes to be of great quality and so they're quite expensive for what they are. Staff can be thin on the ground and last time I was in were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking my money.

After going to really snobby, stuffy and high pressured shops that did not care about my budget or what I really wanted, I cannot say enough good things about this shop. My whole experience was delightful and memorable from start to finish. When I came for my first visit, the girls were really attentive and took time to get to know me. They really took the time to hear my wedding vision. They didn't make me feel pressured to pick and buy a dress, in fact they helped me find that perfect wedding dress. It was in the upcoming season and had to return 6 a few months later. They were very good with staying in touch and letting me know when the new line arrived. When I finally returned to try the new season, the girls were again, amazing in their service. They helped me realise my vision by customising part of my dress that made it perfectly my own. They always made me feel like I was the most important customer and even with my bridesmaids, the staff shared in our wedding fun. Despite all the tweaks and customising, my dress remained within budget. The shop was really good and helped me meet my budget and creating my perfect dress. They were also very good at fitting my appointments around my hectic schedule. They paid attention to every detail and it showed it the quality of my custom pieces and alterations. I highly recommend this shop for the best wedding dress shopping experience. I have left not just as a thoroughly satisfied customer, but I have left feeling like I've made some new friends in these lovely ladies.

The fake leather shoes are nice and they do last a long time, so the quality of there products are reasonable. The shoes are not too pricey either so sometimes you can get a really nice pair of boots or shoes for a great bargain. A nice place to shop if you need to get some shoes in Watford.
