They said they didn't know they needed to be diamond shaped and they accidentally ordered oval. Yet they tried to pass the ring off as done. After that we picked up the ring a second time and they ruined the brushing. One of the emeralds fell out a week later and I bought a replacement wedding band from Kay's. They absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a fun experience. They take no pride in their work and they still charged us 300 dollars for a ring I can't even wear now.

We walked in and the worker was on the phone so we looked around. There was another guy there and we thought he was a customer. My girlfriend found a section of cross pendants and saw one she liked. She made a comment about wishing to see it and we hovered over it for like 5 minutes. We managed to talk ourselves out of the cross pendant during that time. As we were walking out, the guy we thought was a customer standing beside us at the display case said something to the effect of "thanks for coming in" and we realized he worked there. It has been a while since I have been in a Cato. Actually, 15 years. Well, I went in here on the…read moreway to Office Depot, and it was great. All the clothes and accessories are organized and clean. Even the clearance clothes have all of the same items hung together, and then sorted by size. Clothes and constrtare not greatll, but also ok. Lots of polyester. Fabrics are thick enough to be not-see-through. Maybe not tailored, but they have changing rooms so you can try it on. Something I feel is great, is that everything had prices marked accurately. That sounds like something that would be a given, but it is not. Walmart does not post prices, and wants you to scan each thing with the app (while on store wifi and while logged in so they can spy on you), and store like Five Below just do not post a price and you are supposed to deal with it. Cato had the prices all posted, and when I check out everything was accurate. Including clearance, where they had put the new price on each tag by crossing out the old one and putting the new one on. This store is all about straight talk. Lots of deals to be had. They had cute sweater dresses and coats for winter. And a clearance rack with costume jewelry and sunglasses, and I stocked up to give to kids at birthday parties when my girls (ages 5 and 7) get invites, because putting a statement necklace or sunglasses in a gift bag with the main gift is fun for kids. They also will wrap each thing separately, like in a tissue, so nothing gets damaged. Basically, a clean organized clothes store with all the prices posted accurately and all the clothes sorted by style and size, so it is easy to shop fast and be in and out fast.
