Daughter wanted to get a second ear piercing and let's just say, one side is closer to her first piercing than the other side. Clearly not happy with the outcome. Next time I'll take her to a real piercer not a teenager with a piercing gun. What the h@ll was I So she decided to let it close up and heal and we'll just do it correctly next time. I cannot believe that it cost me so much to get my granddaughter's ears pierced. And they made me feel like I was being cheap by buying the ones that cost $40 (the cheapest they offer). We came here to pierce My 3 year old daughters ears (thinking this is the best place) The lady pierced 1 side with her glove stuck with the earring, so My daughter is crying with the lady's glove stuck in her earring & the lady had to take out the whole earring to get the glove free which meant they had to RE pierce her ear & of course My daughter cry's more because it's painful. & mind you we paid almost $80 for that type of service. As much as I wanted to lose My temper I didn't because it wouldn't been a whole ass scene & I didn't wanna trouble My daughter that was already crying. This is the best location. Everything super organized (I get a little anxiety when things are all mixed up). Store was busy with customer and they were putting new product out. Staff was SUPER nice and helpful. I was trying to find some birthday guest gifts for my daughter's 7th birthday. She's having dinner with her besties. I got my baby ears pierced and it was hard to get her perfectly still so it won't look crazy and the lady was so patient. We didn't get the dot right but she pierced it above the dot so it can be even with the other ear. It was super hard with a moving and crying baby but she did a great job. Long story short this place has managed to make me feel like complete dirt tonight. As soon as I walked in and started looking at the holiday items the only person working there (as far as I saw) starts rearranging the exact jewelry I am looking at. I'm not talking putting a few items on the rack I'm talking taking 2-3 minutes to rearrange the jewelry I had my hands on before she reached right in front of me. Ok, maybe she's utterly clueless or new to retail... I move on to the next rack and she starts following me around. Now I'm sure she is trying to keep an eye on me so I don't steal anything. I try to brush it off and continue shopping for about an hour. I haven't been to an actual mall in forever and this is literally the first store I have walked into after walking through the mall looking for it. I need some hair accessories and I was hoping to find a mermaid sign I had seen last year (long shot I know). Since I am there I am hoping to get something for my two nieces for Christmas as well. Because I only have $30 to spend on this trip and because they are having a buy 3, get 3 free, I am taking my time trying to find the right combination of items for myself and the girls. What is her response? When following me around doesn't work to get rid of me, she calls security. Security then follows me around, brushing past me so close that she literally touches me in some sort of gross attempt to intimidate me. She stares at me in the mirrors talking loudly about how she can't tell sometimes if people are taking things. Finally I am so angry and uncomfortable that I ditch most of my stuff and check out. I ended up purchasing two of the hair accessories, because I was literally afraid they would think I stole something if I didn't make a purchase. Now I am even more angry and will probably just give the items away because I don't want to be reminded of this every time I wear them. So I go to check out and all she has to say is "Oh, is that all you're getting"? Ya. That is all I am getting. And I will never be back. By the way, if you are so worried about crime...maybe you should have asked for ID when I used my credit card to make that purchase. I guess you are a little selective in your entry-level fastidiousness. BOO. Crone-in-the-Princess-Bride-level: Boooo. I hope one day someone makes that employee feel the way she made me feel tonight. I'm so upset. I took my daughter in as she wanted to finally get her ears pierced. The lady marked up here lobes and asked me what I thought. I immediately told her that the left ear was not centered. She then took her pen and said "I measured both ears the same way and I've done this for a very long time and I know what I'm doing. This is centered" so I took her at her word. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! Now for the rest of her life, unless I make her go through that again, she'll have one non-centered earring. Long story short, demand you get what you want. Please learn from my mistake. read more

I went in Xmas Eve and the lady piercing ears was so busy flirting with the dad of a kid she had just pierced a few days prior. What could of been a one minute conversation was lingering in to her lecturing the kid while the father stood there just waiting for her to wrap up the process of re-piercing. I went in today and made an appt when I walked in, came back, waited patiently and overall the lady that did the piercing was rude. No thanks no smile no any type of thanks for being a customer and waiting while she ran late for the appt. It's sad that after reading other reviews it's a common thing at this location. It was a very busy time when we came into the store. (Christmas season). I decided that I wanted to get my 11 month old daughters ears pierced. I was sketchy going in as this location since it had bad reviews. But we didn't want to fight traffic all the way to another location. I walked into the packed store and saw an associate at the register. I told her I wanted to get my daughters ears pierced and she immediately called over an associate. Jackie. She was amazing. She was very Aloha friendly, spirited, and thorough. (Also very kid friendly). She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. She made the whole experience a breeze for myself and my family. She even gave my son a lollipop while he waited. I would highly recommend Jackie, even if you aren't getting pierced.
