There are only a few mobile kitchens in southern Maryland. Even less, if any, are doing a 100% local seasonal menu. At the Bounty Mobile, you can get local food prepared for you that comes from the Chesapeake's watershed only. It's from this area, even the oil and salt. Ask locals, it tastes better than other food.Their staff are so happy to feed us too. It's locals serving local food to a higher standard. We go there every Saturday. Last time, I got the 1/3 # burger served on bread from wheat grown and baked on the eastern shore. Try the softshell crabs or oysters breaded in local flours. The menu changes weekly with some regular return items. It's not easy to spot, around a corner, out behind their food store, next to a yoga studio. Well worth the search. read more
