They quoted me $1,100 without even setting foot on my property and required 100% payment upfront before they'd even show up. I've never heard of such a thing. I actually couldn't believe what they were telling me while talking to them. I understand 50% down the rest due at completion but 100% upfront without even looking at it or setting foot in my property tells me they do bad work or will show up when they feel like it and people have been refusing to pay. I will never recommend them and will never call them for anything.

I didn't know it was double what I wanted to pay until I got a bill in the mail a week later. When I called, Dan was very rude to me (was it because I was a woman?) and insisted it was all my fault because I arrived home 10 minutes late. From the other reviews which I didn't read until this happened - unfortuneately, some had similar ratings and criticisms of the service and customer care.

We hired them to wire our tanning bed and they came when they said they…read morewould and did fine, then we set up appointments 4 times for them to wire the timer for the bed and the first one they called to reschedule but the last three apts they didn't show up. I called the office and the girl would say she would see what happened and call me back and wouldn't call back. When I would call she would say they were so busy and would set up another apt and they wouldn't show again. Then they wouldn't answer the phone when we called from the salon we had to call from our cell phone to get them to answer the phone. The last time I called I asked what was going on did they not want the job and she said they did and she would call with a new time and I have yet to hear from them so obviously I called someone else.

Tom came to my house to move the 220 from upstairs to the basement. He is professional and got the work done neatly. Even took the old plug in and made sure to clean up after himself. Rob showed up for unrelated reasons; checked on Tom and then proceeded to make sure all the breakers in the fuse box were safe! Going to the main and inspecting it as well!!
