We paid over $700 for a job and we did NOT get what we paid for. Once the concert was over, we had to wait for almost 1.5 hours for him to pick us up! This is unacceptable! First, we walked 2 times around the entire venue and parking lots searching for him, as he kept saying he was "dropping the pin with his location"...we never found him! We all tried calling him numerous times as well and all he could say was "I don't know where I am... or I don't know where you guys are!" Are you kidding me?? What kind of person that has absolutely no sense of direction becomes a driver? It was an awful end to a great night. AND to top it all off, I have gotten no response from the company except that they needed to talk to the driver first and they would get neck to me. NOPE!! Nothing! We went looking for Amy money back, I just wanted an explanation and an apology! Moses was extremely responsive and always available for any questions. On the day of Denise, our fabulous driver, gave us a call about 30 minutes before arriving. Once there, Denise was so helpful to get us packed in the limo, take pictures and make sure we have everything we need. She gave us great suggestions and always made sure we were taken care of. I can't say enough great things about her. The only downside is the comfort of our limo. On the sides of the limo, there were two benches that had open backs to allow access to cup holders and coolers. Unfortunately there was a bulky shoulder pad that ran parallel to the seats making the open back more uncomfortable. This was the Escalade limo so you may want to keep that in mind. Aside from that, the day went great and I would certainly use them again!
