One plus hours to get .3 miles up hill from Baltimore Pike to parking entrance - one police officer until PA State trooper showed up with no where to turn around and high tail it out, basically trapped:( Please organize better & get the word out that you have! Didn't get handicap parking when we needed it. So we had to walk a good distance while pushing a wheel chair to get to the entrance. I didn't know they only accepted cash and not card so once I arrived to the ticket stand the lady sitting at the stand told me they had a ATM machine and where to find it but refused to let me use it, which I couldn't understand. When I asked if I could use it to pay for my ticket she literally laughed at me and told me no I could not use their ATM machine and would not tell me why, she then assisted the person behind me in line. Another lady approached me and ended up having a free voucher ticket and gave it to me. I don't have any plans on ever coming back here for any event that is held.

After our first rest stop, Bea, who looks like she's been doing these outings since Prohibition, announced to the passengers our destination: Murdaugh's Christmas Barn. After a long, long trip from South Jersey to the innermost sticks of Pennsylvania, we pulled up to "the barn." A guy to our left muttered to his wife, "All this way for THIS?". The passengers disembarked, many waiting for their walking-assisting equipment stored under the bus. The place was a pleasant store with lots of Yuletide selections for decorating. It reminded me of a place you'd browse about on the boardwalk in, say, Ocean City. The limited narrow aisles resulted in a claustrophobic person's vision of hell. Bea gave us an hour there for the ultimate impulse buying experience. Back on the bus, we were told that our next stop, second of three, was "Sturges Pretzels." Everyone unloaded again to browse around the store and see the types of creative ways the Sturges folks could make a pretzel seem diversely appealing. A lady gathered several of our group to explain the origins of the store. Back on the bus with pretzel packages, some people looking like they'd absconded with rare culinary finds. We were heading to a restaurant but some couldn't resist breaking open their pretzels. Don't these people ever get to the malls? They sell the same stuff. Bea then said we were in for a treat, a "buffet" at the Wyomissing Diner. We had ample time to re-visit the buffet, which was just okay. The shepherd's pie was mashed potatoes with traces of ground beef. Nothing really "stood out," where you told people at the table, "Mmm. Make sure you try this." But the selections, overall, were filling and satisfying and I didn't hear anyone around me complaining. After the Mediocre Food Fest, we boarded the bus to head homeward. This trip was enjoyable for travelers of non discriminating taste who are easy to please and don't like to drive long distances. I should add that many on the bus had travelled with C and Bea before and knew Bea, and that's saying something for the company. For me, it was a day out, not disappointing, but no great shake either.

The venue was about 40 minutes outside of Philadelphia, of which we arrived in comfort and style! The shuttlebus was more like a luxury coach bus, with a max capacity of around 38. Extremely clean comfortable and a smooth ride! Pick ups for both going to the venue and going back to the hotel from the venue were on time and efficient. Geoffrey's communication was appreciated, along with his thoughtfulness and small attention to details, like keeping headcount and helping older guests off the bus, along with being open to waiting a few minutes while still being cognizant of the time schedule. Thank you for your reliable service on this very special and important day! I highly recommend this company for any transportation needs and if you're able to request a driver, Geoffrey is a top notch professional!

We go to the designated handicap parking and we're happy to see a handicap van waiting. The van was empty and just sitting there. I walked over with my Rollator to get on and the older white haired driver said he wouldn't take me unless I was in a wheelchair ! We tried to reason with him and show him I was truly disabled. He said for me to walk down to a coach bus 100 yards away ! I can't even get onto a regular bus. Luckily we found a parking attendant who went to him and told him to drive us to the course ! Needless to say we were upset. After 30 minutes he finally took us to the tournament. On the return we luckily found another King Limousine handicap van driver who was incredibly nice and helpful. We appreciated him. When we returned to the handicap lot the same older white haired driver was still sitting in his empty van doing nothing. Hopefully no one else has to be subjected to such miserable service.
