They then told me they didn't know how to process a no-receipt purchase for store credit, and I had to wait two hours for the manager to arrive. I live 15 miles away and had to waste time until he got there. When he did, Nathan the manager, I was met with hostility and told that there was nothing that could be done. Not even store credit. I then went to my car and called Walgreens customer service, and by the end of the call, I received a store credit for the purchase.

To me a card opens up so you can write on the inside. Not this...just a regular 4x6 photo. I was ripped off!

Dr. Cathy has given me good information that addresses my personal issues. The service I get far surpasses the bigger pharmacies as far as I am concerned. The fact that they are not opened 7/24 is not a negative because I am aware of it, and plan accordingly. If your insurance won't use them, I can only say, too bad for anyone reading this. I would trade insurance before I would give up Medicap.

I have been a customer now going on 4 months and I have been extremely please. The fact that they have a delivery service for when I cannot get off work is the best.
