When my Dr.'s office recommended Couch I called and the immediate response was "yes we will help you". Then when asked if I wanted all of my medications transferred it was the easiest yes ever! I have been a customer now going on 4 months and I have been extremely please. The fact that they have a delivery service for when I cannot get off work is the best. I have never come across one single employee who has had a poor attitude. I LOVE IT HERE!!!

This is not what I would expect for a store that's trying to differentiate itself and create a following. It looks good on the outside, but so far of the two locations I visited in Tulsa. This incident occurred near closing time (around 6:00 PM) with the associate assigned to the front door preparing for store close. I was looking for a product that was not available on the shelf. After receiving no assistance, I opened a bottom drawer to retrieve the item. The associate immediately approached, forcefully kicked the drawer shut, and reprimanded me in a condescending and demeaning manner. I was made to feel embarrassed and unwelcome rather than helped. This behavior was unprofessional and reflects a serious lack of training and leadership. No customer should be shamed in a retail environment for attempting to complete a purchase. I spent over $150 during this visit and have been a loyal Sephora customer since 2011. Experiences like this are exactly why long-term customers choose to stop shopping in-store. I will not be returning to this location and will opt for delivery or another store instead.

There are ample amounts of soaps, lotions and all around good body care in the store but all of the scents are subtle and sophisticated.
