They do have pretty clean restrooms which is definitely worth 5 stars alone but the lady who owns the park offered me an ice cold cola when we checked in which made my day. The only downside was that it was a little hard to find because there are no signs outside but just look for the big yellow mailbox on the front yard, and a house with the red roof, pull into the long gravel path and check in at the back of the home on the property. There's a special door in the back with a red porch where we checked in and paid. Overall a wonderful and peaceful stay!

FIRST: they do not have level parking spots, I am backed all the way up to my neighbors rv and still had to run 30ft if sewer line UP HILL! 30ft is dumb just to reach my drain I can't get closer and I have spent too much money trying to make this work out. SECOND: the water presser is VERY irregular, no problem in the beginning my neighbor said buy a regulator and it will be fine, WRONG. I buy a regulator I still have my hose shooting off my trailer because of the pressure and I hardly Have the water turned on. the Water pressure broke TWO hoses now. The regulator seems To be another Waste of money. THIRD: I paid over $575 to stay here and the laundry room is "Out of Order " no laundry for 16 miles. LAST: I wanted a SAFE place To stay by you have homeless people walking through this park every day. I had some man with a cat in a paper bag screaming outside my trailer while I was trying to sleep. I don't feel safe here with all the extra traffic. If I am going to pay this price you better have level spots and proper water pressure I shouldn't have to blow my damn money trying To fix these issues daily. Fix your damn laundromat. Make this a proper Hall of Fame cause it's been a Week of hell and not worth the month I've paid for to stay here. If you talk to the locals this was always called the hall of shame and it's keeping that name in my book. We showed up a day early while the office was closed and he drove over and got us fixed right up. The little park is perfect for my boys, they loved jumping out of the car and playing right away after a 6 hour drive. Our breaker flipped a few times and we were concerned it would ruin our power cord, the owner came over right away and replaced the breaker, no questions asked. Highly recommend this place!

The…read moreproperty is located directly across from Salina Highbanks Speedway, which has a pretty good steakhouse and pretty convenient for race fans. Be aware though, it's very loud on Saturday nights. Difficult to have conversation face to face during race time. There's a pretty busy road that runs along the west side of the park that has some very speedy drivers that travel out, so you'll really want to watch your young children and pets. I'm not a fan of the pricing and the way they raise and lower the rates, on the electric, at their discretion. They have many projects in progress and in the three months we've been here, they haven't completed any of them. I'm sure in time, this will be a very nice RV Park in the future, but right now, it's kind of raw.
