We were told there would be 24/7 access to the bathroom. This is not true. They lock them up from 10 pm to 6 am. This is incredibly inconvenient! What do they expect people to do who do not have a toilet in their camper?? This is ridiculous! We won't be back. read more

Secure, clean and great value. Gated park with keypad for security. Privacy fence between your neighbors and full hookups. Nice and clean playground for kiddos. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice location, easy access off 169 or 244. There's a gas hold station about 1 block away that offers diesel and regular fuel, as well, and can accommodate large RVs. We've stayed here 3x now. My biggest complaint is the water that runs behind the park, likely city maintained. There is so much trash. It's a bit of an eyesore when the water is low and it's not safe to be in or around once it's high. Wifi can be patchy here, as well as the cable. That said, the facilities are clean, staff is very nice and they're happy to hold packages at the front office. read more

Since we have returned from our vacation, we've found a lot of extremely good updates to this park. The wifi is super fast, there is now a gate for members who live there. The grounds are looking amazing. Very well kept and plenty of places to walk your dog, kids to play safely, a tornado shelter for everyone that lives or rents, the staff are amazing. Easy access, friendly, helpful staff. The park is older, but very well maintained. Nice laundry with good machines. Lots of green space and a large fenced-in dog park. Although there are plenty of poop bag dispensers (with high quality poop bags) and disposal sites, some inconsiderate people must think the park staff are responsible for cleaning up after guests' pets. Water pressure is quite high, so bring your regulators. Be prepared for a short walk to the trash cans. The park sites are level and close together, but surprisingly quiet. It's pretty pricey even with Good Sam's for gravel/dirt lots. Very cramped & incredibly close to your neighbors! The entrance gate & office look great & give the false impression that it's a great campground! Wouldn't recommend it unless you are in dire need of a short stay. read more

The perfect RV resort for our weekend of Softball for our granddaughter. 5 of us; 3 adults and 2 teenagers. With that many people, we were very grateful for the clean and private restroom/shower rooms, the abundance of washers and dryers and the friendly and accommodating staff. RV space is tight but we could open our slides and put the awning out. Be aware, no open flames, no fire pits and only a few picnic tables. Very secure property with a gated entrance and exit. Also no pool. None of this bothered us; just want readers to be aware. We will stay again when our plans bring us to Tulsa. read more

This park is very unique. When you first set foot in the office, you may be greeted by a small cat appropriately named "Smalls." There are a variety of mounted animals in the office as well as (on an unrelated note) free coffee and doughnuts if you come at the right time of day! There are a lot of long term-residents in the park but they take good care of their home and community. The laundry and bath house connected to the office is a wonderful place to cool off, grab a snack from the vending machines, fill your water bottle with ice, and watch TV while your clothes wash/dry. The bathrooms/showers are clean and luxurious in comparison to most RV park bathrooms I have been to. Additionally, two other feline friends will appreciate you letting them in and out of the laundry room so they can make their daily rounds. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because I was tent camping and did not have access to a bathroom from 10pm to 7am because they lock the laundry/bath house during that time. read more

We stayed here for just one night as we passed though. We had our dogs with us and the camp group was excellent. The staff was super helpful, the site we got was super clean and it was very easy to walk our dogs. What we liked was that this is secured with an electric gate that you need to code to get into after hours. We would stay here again next time we drive to the east coast. If you've got kids there is a playground, a dog park, and the location is near lots of restaurants... I paid $175.00 for a big site with full hook up including cable with lots of channels. No I'm embellishment or exaggeration. My family stayed here twice for a total of about 2 1/2 years. The first time was spring 2020. The place was great but the staff was rude. One day our trailer got shot.a bullet came through wall and hit my dog. We told the owner, his reply was "what do you want me to do about it?We left the next day. A few months later we came back. As an apology, he gave us 2 tanks of propane. The second time just ended. In August my wife slipped in the shower and hit her head on the floor. I had previously told one of the workers they needed skid strips on the floor because it is very slick and there is a slope coming out of the handicap shower. That night sent an email saying such. I did not threaten to sue nor ask for medical bills or any compensation. 2 days later the owner came to our trailer and was very angry. All he said was "you guys have been here long enough. It's time for you to go. I asked why and all he said was it's just time for you to go. You have to leave. My wife came outside and asked why. He said you have 30 days to go and when you leave I'll give you $500. He told her if she made me leave, she could stay. I told him I'll leave now for $500. He said no my wife could have it when we are both gone, but if I left she could stay. I'm a disabled veteran and I had 2 strokes since February. He was telling people in the office that I was a drunk and I wrote a drunk email. I was not drunk, nor am I a drunk. My coordination is off because of my strokes andit gets worse as I get tired and it is hard to type. 2 days later we got written 30 day notice to vacate. That week they put up signs in all the showers, announcing a 20 minute time limit for the showers and there was an out of order sign on the handicap shower. The next day I was at the laundry and saw man come out of the handicap shower. That night when I went to shower, Marvin, the on site Manger locked the handicap door as i was walking towards it. I went to another shower and set my timer for 20 minutes. When I had been in there 23 minutes Marvin was banging on the door saying people were waiting. I told him there was no handrail in there and they would have to wait. I was out in less than 5 minutes and there was no one waiting. He banged on the door of my wife's shower. When she came out she asked if everyone got timed too and and said she hadn't been very long. Marvin said he was watching her go in and texted the owner so he knew exactly how long she was in there. It was less than 30 minutes. This went on for over a week with Marvin sitting in the laundry monitoring only us. In was there during the day when people were showering and no one was timing them and they had free use of the handicap shower. Later the handicap shower was closed for over a week after they put skid strips on the floor. They said it took a week so the adhesive could cure and be permanent. After it was reopened they peeled up in 3 days. I finally left. My wife left a couple days later. I still don't know if she got the $500. The owner said in 35 years hasn't had one incident in his showers, which is highly improbable. Of only 20 people per week use the showers or bathrooms that would be over 36000 people without a single incident. It is unbelievable. We were never late with rent. We never had any complaints from neighbors or staff. The owner just decided that my non-threatening email posed a risk to his sovereignty. It's a good place if the owner would stay out of it. He is surly and rude to guests and his employees alike. I'm attaching some pictures of the tile floor and the slope coming out of the handicap. The slope is almost 4inch rise in 11 inch run. I believe the Americans with Disabilities Act says a slope for handicap access should be no more than 1 in 12. It's a good place though.VERY noisy if you happen to get on the south end by the interstate. Just don't get hurt there. And if you do, don't tell management unless you're ready to move. read more

The property management have no manners. I was called a dirty name by the manager while he was holding a small child in the property office in front of two female office employees. The park recently installed a carded gate to get into the property. There is only one gate. I went for a walk yesterday but there was no way for me to get out of the park on foot. Since they just installed the gates, I don't think they realized there was no exit if you wanted to walk out of here so I calmly walked into their office to inform them of the problem. That is when the manager started cussing me. I have also heard them talking down to their employees in the same fashion. I have never been treated so rudely at any park I have ever stayed at. I have always been extremely courteous and friendly to everyone. I have never had a conflict with any of them or any other park. Second, the RV's are so close together you could reach out your window and touch the one next to you. Third, Mingo RV buys extremely poor condition RV's and rents them out by the week to any drug pusher or hooker that can come up with the money. I will never stay here, again and I would warn everyone to stay away from Mingo RV Park in Tulsa, OK. read more

This park is more than hospitable. We are staying here long term and everything here is great. Neighbors are friendly, the laundry/shower/restroom facilities are CLEAN and spacious. There is a nice TV in the laundry area. Vending machines, an ice machine, and a pool table are available too. The park is very animal friendly which is a plus. This part of Tulsa is not bad at all. Previous reviewer said it's not in the "best part of Tulsa", which is true, but it's hardly the ghetto. Every employee we have encountered has been helpful too, even down to helping us set up things. read more

You can't beat the price for longterm. We travel a lot and stay in each location for 8 months to a year. When we arrived, check-in was totally painless and very accommodating. We were escorted to our spot, but the spot was really cramped. It's basically an older RV park where the decided to use the empty space between the regular spaces to generate more revenue. Our awning almost touches the trailed next to us, if that give you an idea of the space. However, the monthly includes, water, sewer, basic cable, AND electric. How can you go wrong! It's not in the nicest part of Tulsa, but convenient to 169 and I-44. It's super close to the airport and train tracks, so you get a lot of planes, trains, and automobile noise. Especially during the day when the fighter jets fly in formation. They have propane onsite, a laundry facility that is not all that great. Sometimes the washing machines look like hobos washed their clothes in them, and they let cats stay in there even though there is a sign on the door that says "No Pets". I am highly allergic to cats, so I started taking my laundry to Owasso up the road a few miles. I've looked at their showers and they look nice, but we use our own in our RV. There is no pool, and if you see what looks to be a pond on the property in other posts and reviews, it is actually one of Tulsa's water treatment facilities (sewer plant) that is at the back of the property. No smell, but just so you know that you won't be having a picnic around it any time soon. And last but not least, there are several really old RVs. I was told by someone that some of the older, trashier looking RVs are actually rented out by the owner of the RV park. I haven't confirmed that, but there are several. You will see tattered awnings, faded RVs with an occasional window AC unit hanging our of one the the windows, and lots of outside items piled up between the trailers. One even has old wood pallets stacked up next to their trailer, which is next to an old school bus that was converted to an RV and has a flu sticking up out of it as though it likely has a wood burning stove inside. If you are looking for a destination campground where you have onsite activities, pool, etc., this ain't that place. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay where the electric is included for a longterm stay, you've hit the jackpot. My recommendation to the owner would be to adopt the same policies that other campground have where the RV cannot be older than 10 years old and you cannot have a window AC unit, and you can pile crap up around the outside of your camping spot. read more

This RV park is right in the middle of crime central. Had two occasions where our cars were broken into and right when we left there were 2 other couples leaving for the exact same reason. Park has 'cameras' but can never seem to access the footage and they are RUDE. Sites are insanely tight. Absolutely no privacy. The washers and dryers are terrible. Never dried completely even with a small load. Did I mention the staff is rude?! They basically blamed us for getting our vehicles broken into. Airport is RIGHT next door so it's LOUD all hours of day and night. Please do not give these people your hard earned money. It's way too expensive for how crappy the spots and the people are. The WiFi is so so and the cable is alright. That's about all the good I have to say about this park. Just stay away. read more

Do not stay here! Not in the best part of Tulsa. We stayed here one night and called 9 hours ahead to tell them we were coming in after 8 p.m. and to give us info on a spot. Well, we show up at 8:30 and no one is around, so we have to hookup to a lightpole that is on a crooked slope and get only electric: no shower or water for the night. Our entire trailer was crooked all night and no one had the decency to come and offer us a spot with our reservation. We had a baby to take care of and not having water was horrible! Then when we get up we are charged $31 for parking our trailer and plugging in there. What a ripoff! Save your money and go to a state park with water and electric by a lake! Lake Oologah and Lake Hudson and Grand Lake have lots of nice rv spots with water for less than $20 a night. This is not a hospitable place. What a joke to be called a resort: they should lose their Good Sam rating and affiliation. read more
