My forms were not filled out correctly (on their end) and my 6:15pm massage actually started at 6:35, my arms were not done at all, probably the worst massage of my life and at 7:15 the RMT tells me I'm done. I had to pay out of pocket $113 for a crappy 40 minute massage! I could have just gone to the flea market! Save your money
