The receptionist was incredibly kind & helpful. She got me in immediately. When I arrived she was just as friendly in person as was the rest of the staff I encountered. They really put me at ease with their attention to detail and listening to my needs and concerns. Dr. Baucum was very knowledgeable and informative. I will most certainly be seeing them again and referring them to all of my family & friends. Big thanks to the Dr. & staff!

They got me in and out of my appointment right away and I was able to schedule my fillings within the next two weeks. Another plus was that my x-rays and cleanings only cost me $40 with my insurance. I ended up transferring my whole family to this dentist. I highly recommend this dentist!

At the third appointment, we were informed that the doctor would no longer treat my father and that Dr. was referring my father's case elsewhere. The procedure we agreed upon stopped, and it was up to the patient to find a new dentist and office to continue the process of obtaining dentures for my senior father. When I asked the receptionist for the dentist's name, she gave me the doctor's last name--I asked for the dentist's full name. She advised she did not know her supervisor's name. I informed her I did not understand how she could not know her supervisor's full name. The young receptionist began raising her voice, stating I was rude, and began to yell at me. I am a professional, so I kept calm and advised that asking for a dentist's full name should not be interpreted as rude behavior. She continued yelling I was being rude.
