The entire staff at Dawood Dental Center is extremely patient friendly. They are concerned about the well being of all their patients and if needing to reschedule an exam, Valerie is most helpful with accommodating what is best for the patient. During my visits for routine cleaning and examinations, Veronica is always in a good mode, never expressing other concerns or distractions from the outside. She is very personable and attentive to that one patient in her comfortable and relaxed cubicle. Dr Dawood is always very professional, pleasant, and enjoys conversing with all patients. Every staff member is genuinely happy and engages in conversation. As I was sitting on Veronica's chair waiting to get my teeth cleaned, Cruz (Office Administrator) walked by and acknowledged my visit with a smile and a friendly salutation. I have not experienced this kind of friendliness at any other establishment nor do I see it at most medical offices. I say this out of experience, because I am in the medical field and my hope is that all office visits should have the type of atmosphere and connection that Dr Dawood Dental Center promises. I took my 5 year old son there for a second opinion and I was blown away. This office was so amazing and still continues to impress me. Our son had to have extensive dental work and the first pediatric dentist we had taken him to suggested numerous crowns for his teeth. We had the first round of work done at the first office and he had five crowns put on one side of his mouth. After that, we decided to visit Dr. Dawod. He made us feel so comfortable, and he made our son feel so at home. I showed him the original proposal given to us by the first pediatric dentistand he said more than likely none of that would need to be done. He took the approach of not having to crown so many teeth and doing fillings instead. We have been to the office two times to complete all the dental work and both times were amazing. My son was taken such good care of, and that as a mom made me feel so great. I cannot thank them enough for being such wonderful caring people. Going to the dentist is no fun, but this experience has given my son the opportunity to be so brave. He ended up only having to have two crowns and the rest porcelain fillings. Dr. Dawod is the best dentist in Corpus Christi! His staff is very professional and give you a personable experience. They are communicative, and kind and talk to you as if they are a friend. I had an emergency a month or so ago on my front tooth, and was flying out of town later that week. Dr. Dawod was able to fix me up and send me on my way! He spends the extra time to explain what he wants to do, and making sure it is perfect. "Nothing is perfect until Dr. Dawod says it's perfect!" The office is clean and inviting, and all the assistants and hygienists are all so kind and welcoming. Dr. Dawod's practice is very personable and he truly cares about the needs of his patients. He is very family oriented and that shows through his career! I would definitely recommend Dawod Dental Center if you are looking for a new dentist or needed to switch from a previous one! read more

I honestly don't think 5 stars is a high enough rating for Dawod Dental Center. They have outstanding customer service and make you feel like family. I see Dr. Villarreal and as if he wasn't sweet enough, Dr. Dawod always makes sure to greet me and see how I'm doing. The staff answered all the questions I had (and trust me I had a lot) and helped put me at ease during my visits. They constantly made sure I was comfortable and made setting up future appointments super easy. Who knew visiting the dentist could be the highlight of your day!! The absolute best experience. I had a horrible toothache and called one morning to schedule something. Not only was I seen that day but by the next afternoon I had already had the cracked molar removed and had bone grafts put in its place. During the initial exam he even had me see a root canal specialist just around the corner and down the street to make sure extraction was my best option. His staff is super nice, very friendly, and Dr. Dawod was extremely thorough and made sure I understood every aspect of what was going on. Dr. Villarreal was amazing! Went in for an emergency as a walk-in. (New patient). Was able to get an appointment for that same day. Staff was great. Never waited more than two minutes in the waiting area before being called back on all three appointments. Ended up having to have two badly broken and infected molars surgically extracted as well as bone grafting to preserve bone density. I was really uneasy about going to a dentist. The moment I met Dr. V, I immediately felt at ease. He explained everything and made sure I remained comfortable throughout the procedure. read more

I hate going to the Dentist in general. However, if I have to have anything done such as cleaning, tooth pulled, crown, cavities filled etc. This is an excellent choice. Services provided by Dr. Dawod and Dr. Villarreal far exceed my expectations which is why I have my wife and Daughter switch there services to this Dentistry years ago. Dr. Dawod is a great dentist and a kind and patient man. He and his staff have been wonderful in helping me get through some severe anxiety about dentists. They are very understanding about my feelings and fears. Appointments are always on time with a very short wait, 10 minutes on average.
