Smudges on the interior roof, easily removable with a damp cloth, will remain untouched. They won't bother cleaning the creases around the buttons in your car either. However, they will spend two hours vacuuming. When you point out that the car isn't detailed, they'll simply say, "Well, we spent two hours." Doing what? That's anyone's guess. They'll also claim that what you paid wasn't enough for a detailed cleaning--despite selling the service to you as car detailing. If you have to use this place, make sure to have them clearly explain exactly what they'll clean, how they'll clean it, what products they'll use, and the kind of end result you can expect. I hope no one else feels as ripped off as I did.
