Roland and his team (shoutout to Mac who did most of the labor I believe) did a FANTASTIC job with my Tesla Model Y. I had them do paint correction, ceramic coating, and window tinting. The car was full of swirls all over the paint, and they spent an incredible amount of time doing multiple passes polishing the car to get it to a MIRROR FINISH. I couldn't be happier. I know that the number of hours they spent on this car was significant because I kept checking sentry mode (remote viewing of the outer cameras -- lol a little creepy, I know) and they were consistently working on it for the better part of a week. They mentioned that it was in pretty bad shape when it came in and again, it looked GREAT when I picked it up. I came by the shop a couple times during the week to check in (and pet the dog) and everyone there is super nice. I ended up hanging out for a bit just to talk cars and chat. Roland was super fair with pricing, and I'll definitely be coming back for a re-up of the ceramic coating, and this is the only place I've been bringing my car to get washed too, since even the touchless car washes use microfiber cloths to dry the car at the end, which leave swirls on the oh-so-delicate Tesla paint. read more

This place did an incredible job on my car. I never had a problem with keeping a clean car until I got a dog. They did an exceptional job with the interior and exterior, including removing all dog hairs. Their attention to details is superb. I will be returned for all and any future cleanings. Wrote to them twice expressing interest in renting one, and finally went ahead and reserved a spot through neighbor.com, where Bergen had listed the availability, even though I hadn't heard from anyone. My card was charged, Neighbor reached out to "Carter L." the contact person listed, to let him know one of the spots was being held for me, and asked him to respond. When nothing happened, they sent a second notice. Now, since he never bothered to reply at all, my reservation has been canceled and my money is being refunded. Not sure why this inconsiderate, rude, and extremely unprofessional person decided my money or my 1966 Mustang wasn't good enough for his grease pit, but at this point I would not bring a Matchbox car there to be detailed. They were a day late after giving them almost a week which they said was more than enough time. Still working on it when I arrived, carpets still wet. They also quoted me $50 higher than they originally did since mine was a "large Suv" even though their site has one price for SUVs, which was the price they originally quoted. They also tore off the weather stripping on two doors. Job itself was fine. I'd consider other places first. read more
