As a doctor myself, it is hard to believe this lack of patient consideration or respect exists. I was scheduled for a resection. My pre-auth was not completed (although not necessary for the procedure) which took 3 min to figure out and I was then told there was not enough time for my excision and that I would need to wait another month for an appnt. No consideration to get me in earlier given Clarity's mistakes nor anything done to help me feel that I actually mattered not only as a patient but as a person. My PA was Allison. She knew exactly what was going on but left it to her MA to speak to me. Disappointed doesn't explain it. Please be mindful of coming here if you want to feel "seen" and cared for. read more

Incompetent and not patient or family friendly. My wife has been dealing with a painful skin rash for the last 3 months. Instead of testing, they made recommendations that made it worse. She's been waiting to see them for a month and she called today to tell them that she was going to be a couple minutes late. They are making her wait another month to see them. The appointments I have been to only gave my wife 5-8 minutes of face time. There is no reason they needed cancel her appointment completely and make her wait a month to see them again. This is an unacceptable way to run a practice. She is a stay-at-home Mom so her condition makes it extremely difficult for her to do basic things like change diapers. Thanks to Clarity Dermatology, she gets to continue experiencing this for another month. read more

Dr Jensen removed a melanoma spot from me. I was terrified walking into that appointment and Dr. Jensen had such a gentle demeanor and sat and talked with me about my concerns before proceeding with the procedure. I was comfortable with the procedure and was calmed down a lot more. Very appreciate of his kindness and skill. Pro: staff was friendly and quick Cons: WILL NOT PRESCRIBE BIRTH CONTROL While Alyson did acknowledge that I should be on birth control when I am taking the spironolactone (which helps with acne) that she prescribed me, and also acknowledged that birth control is often prescribed to help control acne, she said she does not prescribe it. Ever. My GP and Gyno both suggested that a dermatologist would be the go-to for birth control that I wanted specifically for acne relief. If you are a woman who would like comprehensive acne solution options, go somewhere else. Waste of time and money for me. read more

I cannot recommend Clarity Dermatology enough!! Taylor Todd is one of the best providers I have EVER worked with! She is super knowledgable, kind and friendly. Taylor didn't just help me with what I went there for, she suggested additional ideas and was encouraging throughout the entire 6 month process. I had dealt with cystic acne my entire life (I'm 53). Taylor put me on Accutane and I couldn't be more pleased to say that I have NO MORE CYSTIC ACNE after the 6 month regimen!! Thank you, Taylor!!! A month ago, I submitted a review of Clarity Dermatology (see below). Once again Clarity and Allison Marquis came through for me. As stated below, Allison diagnosed a melanoma on my nose and requested I have a whole-body scan in 3 months. Today I met with Allison for the whole-body scan and she diagnosed a potential basal-cell carcinoma. Words cannot describe my appreciation for Clarity Dermatology and Allison. While living in California, my PCP doctor and the hospital dermatology department routinely checked parts of my body but never a whole-body scan. Because of Allison and her whole-body scan request, she eliminated a real potential problem for me. I highly recommend Clarity Dermatology. My experience with Clarity Dermatology has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, the facilities are modern and clean, and they are incredibly organized and timely. I first met with Taylor and was very impressed with her, she seems to genuinely care about her patients. This office got me in quickly when I was having some pain. Dr. David Jensen was also able to remove the spot same day and send it off for biopsy. He also noticed that I was light complected and have blue eyes, and recommended that I have an all over skin check. He gave me option to do it that same day or to come back. I figured since I was already there I would go ahead and opt to have the full skin check. He found a spot that looked suspicious to him. He said we could either keep an eye on it or remove it. I opted to have it removed, and they sent it off for biopsy as well. Everyone at the office was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We also had a good experience at the Parker location where we saw Taylor Todd, PA-C. This practice has different locations and providers. So far everyone we've met was wonderful. I don't want to talk too much about my own issues but Dr. Jensen and his team from check in to check out were warm, welcoming, and professional in every way they could be. In my opinion the team go above and beyond the norm to make sure the best outcome is had, even at their expense of time. You can fill out paperwork online beforehand and there is a patient portal if you need to access your medical information later. The whole process was seamless. New Office with Latest Technologies and Warm Team I saw Dr. Jensen for TruSculpt 3D. I like that he is young because I know that his recent education includes all the latest technologies. As the office is new I also know that he isn't already invested in a technology that might already be less effective than something newer... he did his research and picked the best available today. His assistant was warm when greeting me and also has relevant experience. Dr. Jensen explained everything; performed much of the procedure himself; asked if I was comfortable with his assistant performing some of the procedure (I was as she had the same training and certification); and came in several times to check up on me. Dr. Jensen's practice is great. They got me in the next day, which is saying a lot considering many derms of comparable expertise are booked out for months. His office is really nice and modern. The office team is really friendly and their processes are efficient and digital. I never had to fill out a single paper form. He didn't keep me waiting and he seemed genuinely interested in me and my well-being, offering a variety of potential solutions for each issue. He removed several moles super quickly and painlessly while I was there. His bedside manner is stellar.
