Unfortunately I have nothing good to say. My family received mediocre care while in office, questions about biopsy results were never answered, messages left with clinical staff were never returned, and then I was billed incorrectly multiple times and had to follow up with the billing department consistently for several months to have it corrected. My concerns were escalated to the manager, who was nice, but ultimately nothing was done to help the situation. read more

I had my first appointment here today and my experience was amazing. The provider explained everything in detail, which is amazing since I am blind. I asked her for a countdown when she was about to do the numbing injections and she did as I asked. all staff are extremely kind and overall my first ever Dermatology visit was great. read more

2nd time coming to this location after the Southlands location has closed. I called to push back my appointment due to weather and they confirmed my appointment. When I arrived with my two kids they told me there was an issue with my paperwork and that I would not be able to do my appointment. Didn't even try to resolve just basically sent me out the door. I asked why they didn't call or let me know earlier - this is the only location remotely near by and they suck. I drove 35 minutes away. Disappointed in customer service skills. read more

I don't know if it's just dermatologists in general or what but today I was dismissed each time I tried to speak about the issues I'm experiencing. Chelsea "had read notes from my previous visit" so any new symptoms I was experiencing were immediately met with "it's not", "they told you at your last visit", "that's rare". Almost immediately it was here's what we can prescribe. There was no consultation or quality conversation about what's happening with me. I could barely even tell her what I was trying or wanting to try. I want to find root causes of this terribly painful condition I'm experiencing and it seems like they just want to get you in and out. She was abrasive and seemed inconvenienced that I was there. I was literally in the office with them for 7 minutes..... I left crying and feeling defeated. Try and avoid this office if you can. read more

I have sympathy for people who are overworked, but this is still a medical practice so I have the right to say that I felt really uncomfortable when the doctor who I consulted with seemed incredibly exhausted and was losing her train of thought as she was trying to remember and explain the details of the procedure that I was going to potentially have. She also seemed judge mental of any questions I had. Aside from all of that, they told me they would get back to me in three weeks so that they could approve the insurance. It's been about a month and a half and still never heard back. They are unreliable to answer the phone. Go elsewhere! read more

Fantastic doctors, physician assistants and office staff. I had an appointment yesterday with Christy who was just fabulous. She was very thorough, professional, patient and kind. The check in process was quick and I waited no more than 5 min for my "on time" appointment. The office is very easy to get to, even from the south Denver area and parking couldn't have been easier. I would rather drive south to Castle Rock then into Denver and hassle with traffic and poor parking situations. All in all I couldn't be happier with my experience yesterday at the Asarch center and would absolutely recommend this office to anybody in need of dermatology services. read more

Went in to have a cyst looked at and preferably removed but was told "here's a prescription for a pill and have a nice day." WTF?!?! I wanted to have the painful cyst TREATED but instead was brushed off and my insurance was billed $2000. DO NOT RECOMMEND AS THE DOCS AT THIS LOCATION ARE A JOKE! read more

I have been going to Asarch Derm for over 20 years. I "put up with" the Englewood location for a long time. While there are a couple of excellent people there for certain, overall they seem aloof and uninterested (and Im pretty sure I've met with all of them). From the folks behind the counter to the wait times to the vibe.... HOWEVER, I started going to the Castle Rock location as I was at my wit's end and didnt want to transfer everything to a new doc. So...I thought I would give it a try. INCREDIBLE!! Not only is the office staff superb, Jennifer Burke and Kari Kunkel are EXCEPTIONAL in every way! They are experts in their field, good listeners, attentive, responsive, accommodating, kind, compassionate and go above and beyond to please their customers. Plus the vibe is just so pleasant! Castle Rock location is fabulous! To be fair, I've had to go to the Englewood office a couple of times in the very recent past and things have been "better...". read more

I was only give it one star because I can't give them a zero. I was billed over $12,000 for a simple mohs procedure. Total rip off. What's worse they told he get over it. It's what we charge. Very rude. Don't ever go there. They will rip you. I had a mohs procedure done at a different location for $1000. Don't go there !!!!! read more

I had an appt with Kristy in Jan. 2020, I absolutely loved her! She fixed the problem & followed-up, unfortunately she is no longer with Asarch. Aug. 2022 I saw Chelsea for a serious skin condition. She is very sweet but my problem has gotten worse. I called 9 days after appt. to say the problem had worsened, it honestly took me 33 minutes to get through to a person, then another 12 to speak with someone at the Castle rock location. Whomever I spoke with was not sympathetic but promised She would check with both doctors & get back asap. Two days later still no call back. Same trouble trying to reach the office, again. Finally received a call, their advice was just to continue on as before but not use any natural methods internally ( Org. apple cider vinegar, probiotics, dry sauna, etc) WHAT? SERIOUSLY?? I called again yesterday with a request, still no reply... Spoke with my other doctor, she was appalled and called in some new medication for me... read more

Dermatology recommendation. I went to the Asarch Center in the castle Rock Hospital. Dr.Riddle is amazing! Great care, she knew the latest technology and highly informative. I've been to a couple different dermatologists and their quality and knowledge wasn't very helpful. You won't be disappointed, Dr.Riddle is a treasure! read more

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this dermatologist. First off I waited 45 minutes to be seen for my first appointment. I saw Kristie Borne. I didn't really feel like she was thorough. Next issue: I called the office on a Wednesday about a prescription i needed. No one called me back. I called back that Friday morning the front desk staff said they would send the message back again to the provider and I could expect to hear back they didn't know why she never saw the message on Wednesday. I wait all day on Friday and still didn't hear back. I call back before close to ask why I hadn't heard back and they say the provider left for the day and never looked at the message. I call back Tuesday morning they say oh yeah she still hasn't looked at your message. They say again they will send it to her. A week later STILL no call back. Honestly I have never had to wait a week at any other medical office for just a simple call back. I work as an admin and we call all clients back within 48 hours. Very disappointing to feel so unimportant. read more
