This company does my son's school photos twice a year. Twice a year I pay $60 PER DIGITAL COPY,…read moreusually two copies each time, for mediocre photos. This time, in the group photo, my son is the ONLY kid not looking. I asked if they could retouch the photo, which any studio would have done before ever posting the photo publicly. I was told that they would charge me $10 to fix a photo that should have been fixed before it was released to me, and they'd invoice me for the amount BEFORE I could even see the quality of the work they did. I just think it's absolutely absurd they want to charge such astronomical pricing for mediocre at best work and then nickel and dime you for stuff that should have been handled before the photos were even released to me.
