I had a leaky bathroom faucet that I knew from previous handypersons that had "fixed" it that it was a gasket inside the faucet. Daniel came and left at least twice to "get the proper parts" or "tools." I explained what the issue was before he arrived. At one point, I walked into the bathroom and saw him on his phone, not fixing anything. He also opened the faucet that I didn't have an issue with, which now leaks. There is a permanent footprint that I still have not been able to get out of the tub and looking over my invoice I paid $60 for a rubber gasket and $285 dollars for a 3 hour job that should have only taken a half an hour max. At the time I was thankful that they came so quickly so I didn't say much but now I am having another issue and decided to check reviews to see if they would be able to do the job, or if my experience was a fluke, but see that others have had the same issue with extended job times, faulty work and missing tools/parts that create the need for larger charges. I think I will have to pass on hiring again. It also made it hard to give this review because they were both friendly but I have to question the professionalism.

Removed an old ugly exhaust and while the ladders were present, one of those ugly satellite dishes from an era gone by! Mark had a great crew working this challenging project on a high pitch roof. They worked SAFE and swift and got the job done in an orderly fashion. Nice cleanup after. At first it seemed like they were doing a great job. All of the guys were friendly and seemed professional. They completed our roof and were coming back the next day to clean up the mess that was left in the yard. It rained overnight and I woke up to water coming in our bathroom heating vent. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling of our bedroom as well. They also used long nails which came through the ceiling of our front porch. They did come and snip off the nails so that was better. Mark wasn't super pleasant to work with after this point and would only take $200 off of the price because that is what it would cost to paint the ceiling, which was popcorn so just painting over it didn't seem like a great idea. They had to set up fans in the attic to help it dry out. Fast forward 6 years to last week. We had a great deal of rain, and I arrived home from work to find water dripping from our kitchen light fixture. We looked at the contract and realized there was only a five-year warranty. We should have been more cautious and gone with someone with a better warranty. Well, we had to climb up on the roof and found that the 'tar' around the exhaust fan pipe had shriveled and cracked. We were able to purchase some stuff at ACE and repair it ourselves. I do not recommend this company. We wish we had used someone more established.

Ben took the whole 4 hours to clean the master bathroom. My property manager arrived right after and found he did not clean behind the door or toilet. My wife and I could have done the whole home in 2 hours, but we're exhausted from moving. When asked, Ben said the job would take 3 more hours, at least. Plus, the windows would be another job. After being charged $340 dollars for 2 bathrooms and a fridge, we will now have to pay for whatever the property manager's cleaners have to do. Very unprofessional. Go to a reputable company that does not charge by the hour. In addition, I held back on posting everything, but when they decided to respond with false information, I felt the need to update my post on what you can expect if you are unhappy with their service. However, first, we lived in this house for 1 year. It was cleaned regularly but had not been lived in for almost a month when the cleaners came to do their work. Moreover, the employees knew the timeline that day and decided on their own not to work smarter and get everything done in 4.5 hours. I would like to repeat the owner worked on the master bathroom for 4.5 hours and my property manager still found spots missed behind the toilet and behind the door. Bonus, after being told they had 4.5 hours to do the work, about 1.5 hours into the work we were given our first, it will take at least 7 hours. They are paid hourly- each. Convenient. After posting my original review, I received several phone calls over the next week from Redwood Cleaning Company. I would not answer, but the phone calls persisted. Then the texts starting coming in. For days, we were told that we had miserable lives and we were a scam. We were told we were evil people and karma would come get us. Proceed with caution when working with this company.
