Contacted Matt after hearing from a friend how great they did at her place on multiple little odd…read morejobs/fix-its around her home and property. I had a leaky bathroom faucet that I knew from previous handypersons that had "fixed" it that it was a gasket inside the faucet. Daniel came and left at least twice to "get the proper parts" or "tools." I explained what the issue was before he arrived. At one point, I walked into the bathroom and saw him on his phone, not fixing anything. He also opened the faucet that I didn't have an issue with, which now leaks. There is a permanent footprint that I still have not been able to get out of the tub and looking over my invoice I paid $60 for a rubber gasket and $285 dollars for a 3 hour job that should have only taken a half an hour max. At the time I was thankful that they came so quickly so I didn't say much but now I am having another issue and decided to check reviews to see if they would be able to do the job, or if my experience was a fluke, but see that others have had the same issue with extended job times, faulty work and missing tools/parts that create the need for larger charges. I think I will have to pass on hiring again. It also made it hard to give this review because they were both friendly but I have to question the professionalism.

She is very detail oriented and went in to get all the nook and crannies that I didn't even know were dirty. She has options of using an organic cleaner or traditional ones which is great for my dogs and cats and my allergies. She used some cleaner and managed to scrub off the stain I couldn't get out in the shower which was very impressive. It made my home looks like the first day I moved in. She was very efficient with her time (not hourly so no need to worry about running the clock) and did not bother me while she was there cleaning. Off…read morecame two layers of shingles and one layer of original wood shake which had been there since 1898! New plywood, vapor barrier and all up to current standards, new vents and flashing. Removed an old ugly exhaust and while the ladders were present, one of those ugly satellite dishes from an era gone by! Mark had a great crew working this challenging project on a high pitch roof. They worked SAFE and swift and got the job done in an orderly fashion. Nice cleanup after. At first it seemed like they were doing a great job. All of the guys were friendly and seemed professional. They completed our roof and were coming back the next day to clean up the mess that was left in the yard. It rained overnight and I woke up to water coming in our bathroom heating vent. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling of our bedroom as well. They also used long nails which came through the ceiling of our front porch. They did come and snip off the nails so that was better. Mark wasn't super pleasant to work with after this point and would only take $200 off of the price because that is what it would cost to paint the ceiling, which was popcorn so just painting over it didn't seem like a great idea. They had to set up fans in the attic to help it dry out. Fast forward 6 years to last week. We had a great deal of rain, and I arrived home from work to find water dripping from our kitchen light fixture. We looked at the contract and realized there was only a five-year warranty. We should have been more cautious and gone with someone with a better warranty. Well, we had to climb up on the roof and found that the 'tar' around the exhaust fan pipe had shriveled and cracked. We were able to purchase some stuff at ACE and repair it ourselves. I do not recommend this company. We wish we had used someone more established.

Even when I call on the weekend, they call back fairly quickly. They show up on time, do work efficiently, and even sweep up the area. When I got the bill, it was itemized with their hourly rate and the cost from the dump which even included a copy of the receipt from the dump. They are also very nice and professional. I would definitely call them again if I ever have the need.
