They really stay on top of their business, and most people were on vacation that week. I was really impressed and appreciated it. I just slightly tapped my garage door with the rear l of my Kia Soul and it set off a chain reaction that nearly wrecked the whole thing. Seth arrived early in the morning a few days later, working alone, and set the door into its tracks, reset the cable, and even did a quick conditioning/cleaning job on the outside front of the door, making it look almost like a brand new door. In addition, he screwed in a support brace in the middle of the door because it was bowing. This is actually at the home of my elderly mother, and she has not done any servicing on the door for many years. Seth straightened it out and got it running right. The door is over 20 years old and I was almost thinking we would need a new one. Now I know that the door will run at least another 10 years if not longer. I would easily recommend this business to anyone needing servicing on their overhead garage door, thank you ESOD! And by the way, he never tried to sell me on a new door or motor (He did leave me with a catalog of new doors when I asked about that option), and when the bill arrived was shocked... At how reasonable it is. They charge a very fair and reasonable price for doing great work.

He set up a date to do it after the parts arrived. The first visit, he was hours late, and didn't do any work other than dropping off the parts, the second visit, which he kept postponing he did about 1/3 of the work( it's my understanding this should have been just a few hour job). On the third visit, after much postponing, he did finish installing the openers, but still had not installed the buttons on the wall to open the doors from inside, nor the emergency openers. After a few weeks of daily texts and calls, he did come out and install the buttons,. He left and said he forgot the emergency openers on his desk and he would be right back. We haven't seen him since, and that was beginning of august. My wife and I have attempted to contact him miultiple times, with just one response where he claimed he had been on a car accident and couldn't work. I would recommend NEVER to use this company.

Trevor confirmed the belt was broken and stated he could replace it. However, having two bays with openers that were almost 20 years old, I asked about replacing the openers. He said he could do the job immediately. Once he finished, Trevor walked me through the set up process and how to use the equipment. I am so happy that he was the technician on duty - he also lubricated the door hinges so the doors are extremely quiet when opening/closing. He did the install in a workman-like manner, and they performed flawlessly until one cable on one door broke this week. Not too bad for 10 years of daily use! I called and spoke with Heather explaining what happened. She gave me a two hour window of time when the workman would arrive. The workman, Jeremiah, arrived right on time, and explained what he had to do to replace the cable and adjust both doors to ensure they operated smoothly.
