Me and my family accidentally stumbled upon this law firm Michael Marks initially charged us $5000…read moredeposit by the end of our time with him it almost was $10,000 and nothing was done. His other attorneys that were helping them out, left during our case, and went to other law firms, so Michael had to finish, and he was the worst. Beware every conversation via telephone was over $100 just to talk about nothing because his other people had already done the work and he just never looked at the case He also will charge you $60 for every email. He basically nickeled and dime my family and we got nothing out of him except for wasting two years. We ended up going to another law, firm and cutting our losses with this ass I wouldn't recommend anybody going to him or this law firm. I should've done my research. He already has a few legal cases against him that are public knowledge for nickel and diming people. I strongly recommend nobody go and use this law firm unless you want to lose at least $10,000 and get nothing for it . A lady that married my father decided to go after my deceased, mothers estate, as well as my father's estate and she had her own attorney. Well Mr. Marks decided to be a friend of that attorney and did nothing to help Us in that case he was more helping the other attorney , and just taking us for a monetary ride at our expense . I like can say to anybody looking at this law firm, do your research because it's out there and it's public knowledge that he has been disciplined and suspended for his past corruption

I worked with this company for my deceased mother's estate. My original estimate was 6,000-$8,000…read morefor complete service. We ended up being charged almost $12000. They were horrible with responding to emails snd acting in a timely manner. My mothers estate was very simple. No property or vehicle. Will was complete with no issues. I would never use them again. My final bill was continuously sent to the wrong address even after 3 emails to advise the correct address. Really poor business practice and charging ridiculously high rates. BEWARE!!

I worked with Julian Gray Associates on two issues. During such time I needed social work help…read more They have a social worker (S.D.), but it was unclear what her purpose was. She didn't do anything to help me for five months. She didn't answer my questions, she really didn't function as a social worker does in any capacity. She participated in a couple conversations between the lawyer and I after asking her to help me for three months only to get one reply saying essentially "we will get to that". During the meeting with her and the lawyer, she demonstrated to me she knew absolutely nothing about me and what help I needed. She made a wild accusation that I had been dragging my feet. It was so off the wall, I couldn't respond except to say I had tried to get her to talk to me for months. She ignored what I said. At that point I knew I should have gone with another firm. The only thing she did do was make suggestions about how I proceed in life that had no relationship to my functional ability. I had only spoken to her once and she made the assumption I needed a much higher level of care than was reality. While people make mistakes, I found it unacceptable to curtly request one piece of information about my finances and then assume I needed an extreme level of care. Julian is also terrible. He charges a huge sum to do estate and trust work but unethically chose to only communicate with my sibling. I was the person needing the trust. He produced (after waiting five months) a basic fill in the blank trust not customized at all and extremely restrictive. His unethical firms refusal to communicate despite pleas for months from clients is completely unacceptable. He not only is not worth his high price tag, he should pay me because I had to do all the work to fix the trust.

A Mess of an Organization…read more I spent 2.5 years working with this firm, after a referral from a colleague. It is arguably one of the sloppiest professional services companies I've ever experienced. The number of documented problems I experienced with Dornish Law had is egregiously long, but I'll stick to the worst: 1. Attorney Turnover - I had five different attorneys. The first was fired, the second "disappeared" with no explanation. The third quit. The fourth was a partner who made it clear I would be handed to a new attorney "when they became available." The fifth was a counsel who made it clear in writing, that my case was not her priority. 2. Multiple Incorrect Filings - Seven different filings with local courts were submitted incorrectly and required re-filing. One of the attempts of service on the defendant was made. The next day I received a call from an attorney saying "we f***ed up the paperwork, and have to resubmit." That mistake resulted in three additional months to find the defendant, who relocated after being served. They couldn't even bill me correctly, having to amend 4 different bills due to incorrect hours tracking for work never completed. 3. Witnessing Verbally Abusive Behavior From a Partner to a Counsel - When trying to rectify one of the mistakes above, I watched attorney #4 verbally scold attorney #3, like he was a child. It was so uncomfortable, I asked to end the call after she said to him "just stop talking." 4. Long Gaps in Progress - On two separate occasions, I went over six months without an update. At no point in my case did I ever feel well-informed. I would be provided dates when I could expect an update. Those deadlines would pass, and it would require multiple emails and calls to get any kind of answer, usually several weeks later. Most of the time, it was "no update." Zero initiative. 5. Poor Advice - It took over $3,000 in billings for me to ask at what point I'd be eligible to recapture attorney's fees from the defendant. I was then informed my attorney fees weren't eligible for recovery in this type of case. I wouldn't have even taken this case if I knew that at the outset. It got to the point where I was actively soliciting consultations for legal malpractice, when one firm said it wasn't worth the effort, because they'd be "punching down" to go after Dornish Law. I am tired of pursuing this case, and am walking away from any potential money because of how badly this firm supported me. The lost money stings, but what really bothers me is just how terrible it felt being in a situation where I needed help, trusting they'd take care of me, and getting the bare minimum (often low-skill) effort in return.

good and affordable. they have real estate seminars once a month on TUESDAY ngt at 7pm on different…read moretopics for landlords/real estate investors/house flippers etc...The meetings are near GREENTREE/CRAFTON. I used them to investigate a lawyer and closing agent for a real estate company that buys foreclosures then re-sells them to people to make sure the were legit. It only cost $100. I went to one of their seminars. They sell books and DVD's which I did not buy. But the seminar was free.
