When you were calling to find assistance for a loved…read moreone that just passed away uncertainty is nothing that you need you need support and someone strong directing sure of themselves to assist you. I called and spoke with the operator and explained my whole story to them answered all of their questions and was advised I need to be transferred to a family counselor. When I was transferred to the family counselor he says hello doesn't greet me doesn't tell me his name or anything and so I'm not sure if I'm even speaking to the right department. I begin to tell him a few things and let them know that I explained everything to the last person who answered the phone and he cuts me off before even listening to everything saying that if I want to bury my grandmother I have to purchase a plot there. He failed to listen To the fact that we already have a plot and we're looking to have a service. Had he just listened and maybe begin asking questions instead of guessing we could've come to a better solution. Whoever this man was he's unsure of his role and his job duties and greatly needs assistance. With someone that has the title a family counselor I would expect much more. I am not interested in any services at this facility until they get it together. I pray that the next person has a better experience it was very frustrating and hurtful to have to deal with in my time of grieving.

Bring a thermos of coffee go early in the morning and just really try to take it all in. It has several other sections a Jewish section in a Catholic section and just a beautiful place to take to take it all in.

Very narrow lanes are drivable but you need to be very careful around corners lest you scrape a tire on the curbs. There really isn't much room for parking so be aware of where you might be leaving your car if you get out. Lots of ups and downs and then you'll find Greg Allman and the members of the Allman Brothers band which are below a small rise and surrounded by a tall fence. The Confederate soldiers area is massive as of course, a number of large Civil War battles took place in Georgia. These and others are in very good condition. Stop by and pay your respects. As this was a very emotional time for my family, all of the staff here treated my grandmother, father, and other family members with the utmost respect. They were courteous to all that stopped by the chapel to see my grandfather before the funeral. They dressed my grandfather up well. He looked like the grandfather I remember as I grew up, not the man that lost weight during his sickness. They arrived to the house to give us extra chairs, set up the guest book stand, and arrived the day of the funeral 30 minutes beforehand to take us to the church which wasn't even 5 minutes away. They were also very efficient in helping aide my aunt around who is in a wheelchair. Overall, they were great. Again, this was a very emotional time so it was amazing and provided relief that we didn't have to worry about a lot because they took care of everything. Thank you so much.

While it is difficult to reach someone by phone, I was able to get another number for Lee and I was able to correspond with him that way. Once I reached him about plots my grandparents had, he sprung into action and was able to locate the deeds the same day and even text me a picture of the plot and the condition was great. I felt like we went above and beyond ensuring that my grandmother's memorial service looked wonderful and that all of the seatings were spaced so that we can be safe during COVID-19. Overall I was pleased with the assistance that I got from Lee Hasty and his team. While it was difficult to reach him at first when I did connect with him he was extremely communicative and very sensitive to our recent loss.
