As this was a very emotional time for my family, all of the staff here treated my grandmother, father, and other family members with the utmost respect. They were courteous to all that stopped by the chapel to see my grandfather before the funeral. They dressed my grandfather up well. He looked like the grandfather I remember as I grew up, not the man that lost weight during his sickness. They arrived to the house to give us extra chairs, set up the guest book stand, and arrived the day of the funeral 30 minutes beforehand to take us to the church which wasn't even 5 minutes away. They were also very efficient in helping aide my aunt around who is in a wheelchair. Overall, they were great. Again, this was a very emotional time so it was amazing and provided relief that we didn't have to worry about a lot because they took care of everything. Thank you so much.

Usually the flowers are set up with the grave but our flowers (and all the others) were set on the ground over to the side in the 90 plus degree heat. We went off to lunch and came back a couple of hours later. The flowers were still laying on the ground down the hill from the grave. They should have, at least, been put up by the grave.

Very narrow lanes are drivable but you need to be very careful around corners lest you scrape a tire on the curbs. There really isn't much room for parking so be aware of where you might be leaving your car if you get out. Lots of ups and downs and then you'll find Greg Allman and the members of the Allman Brothers band which are below a small rise and surrounded by a tall fence. The Confederate soldiers area is massive as of course, a number of large Civil War battles took place in Georgia. These and others are in very good condition. Stop by and pay your respects. Locally most famous for the resting place of Greg Allman and members of the Allman Brothers band it is also home to over 1700 confederate soldiers and their families as well as Elizabeth Reed inspiration for the Allman Brothers song " In Memory of Elizabeth Reed". This cemetery is very large and many narrow streets and many hills, it is by no means pristine and kept up as other cemeteries I have visited around the country and it it is not a good location if climbing and rough terrain is difficult for you. I still recommend especially if you are into music history and are in the area.

While it is difficult to reach someone by phone, I was able to get another number for Lee and I was able to correspond with him that way. Once I reached him about plots my grandparents had, he sprung into action and was able to locate the deeds the same day and even text me a picture of the plot and the condition was great. I felt like we went above and beyond ensuring that my grandmother's memorial service looked wonderful and that all of the seatings were spaced so that we can be safe during COVID-19. Overall I was pleased with the assistance that I got from Lee Hasty and his team. While it was difficult to reach him at first when I did connect with him he was extremely communicative and very sensitive to our recent loss.

I called a handful of different companies to provide us a quote on screening in our patio. A couple of them wouldn't call back, and the others would only tell me the materials that they would use and how they would install it. Any sort of customizing outside of what they normally do increased the cost dramatically. When I called Apple Enclosure and explained what we wanted, she told me that the owner would like to schedule an appointment to come out free of charge and look at the project with me so we can discuss all of our options. When Toby arrived, he was very interested in helping us customize the project to achieve what we were looking for. He took the time to explain all of the different options including materials available, different types of screened enclosures and the costs associated with all of them. Once we came up with the idea he told me that he would have a quote to me in the next couple days. The very next morning, he emailed me a detailed quote with everything that we discussed and it was customized to our taste AND cheaper than his competitors! When his crew arrived to start the project, we were surprised at how professional and clean they were. The first day they came in and framed up almost the whole patio and had everything ready to go for the next day when they arrived. The next morning they got right after it and finished it up shortly after lunch. We were very impressed with the professionalism as well as the cleanliness of the install team. They went above and beyond what we expected to make sure that every piece of metal and dust was picked up and swept before they left. The fit, finish and look of their completed work is absolutely astonishing! I'm glad we trusted Toby and his team and will only look to them in the future when needing an enclosure of any type!
