Don't even bothering calling another Pest Control Company! Clark Pest and technician Andy has provided our family home with extraordinary care. We had a problem with roaches and spiders (both black and brown). We live in the Greens near the canal where the city stopped spraying. Andy is very knowledgeable and thorough. Worst company ever! I had a pest problem and they were useless and still charged me. When I disputed the charge and asked to speak with the manager, they did not phone me back and threatened to ruin my credit if I didn't pay anyways. Horrible people! read more

I have a rental property that I am renting to a family with very small children, and they reported a problem with spiders on the inside and outside of the house. Being an established customer of Clarks pest control I thought arranging for them to spray the rental property should be easy. I was wrong. After speaking with a Customer Service Agent on the phone, I was lead to believe that a Service Agent would be contacting the renter to schedule a service as soon as possible. The Customer Service Agent stated that the bill would be sent to my primary residence, where I already have a monthly service arrangement with Clarks. After two weeks I was expecting a bill, but instead got a call from my renter stating that they had never heard from Clarks. I called Clarks and they apologized for the mix up (they dropped the ball), and that they would schedule a service ASAP, and again send the bill to my primary residence. Days later I get a call from the renter who stated that Clarks showed up to perform the service, but then refused when the renter was unable to pay them for the service. I spoke with a Clarks Customer Service agent today who now states that his manager has decided that they require payment before or at the time of the service, and they will not bill me. This is going on the third week of getting the run around. The renters, and myself are not happy. God forbid one of their children be bitten by a Black Widow, or some other kind of spider. Had Clarks Pest Control informed me that they required payment before or at the time of the service from the beginning, I would have provided that payment. Now, I have a very good renter who is not happy. I will have to find another company to provide the service for the rental, and I will be looking for a new Pest Control service for my personal residence read more

I called Clark Pest control for a quote. The receptionist had taken the information. I was told the guy who handles bird control would call. This guy never called so I called back. The receptionist had my infor mation and said she would forward to the same guy. Again days later he never called . Since the Burd Ex people recommended Clark Pest Control in Simi Valley, Ca. I thought I would call again maybe I was lost in the shuffle. The receptionist said the same guy would call He nevee did so I asked her if maybe this guy does not really want to deal with this kind of pest problem or is there just a mix up I was nice, never was upset and she seemed preterbed. i alsked her if maybe there was another tech. In the end no one ever called even to simply say. We here at Clarks just are not to excited to deal with brd netting need to be put under the eaves of your house. That is all I wanted was a courtesy call not to be stringed along. That all it would have taken. I called Ventura Paet control and they handle the problem very well. This company has no respect for the consumer and their costomer service is horrible. Mind you this is coming form a guy who rarely complains about peopel who have worked for him in the last 30 years. I am very laid back, ask for a contract and pay off like slot machine. I am also extremely loyal to people I have used. Horrible service! They don't know what they are doing and send a different person out every time who then criticized the work of the previous worker from their same company. HORRIBLE service and I still have pest problems. They took my money and didn't fix the problem! read more
