Unfortunately, things weren't quite as good as they appeared initially. Here are the reasons for the 2 star review: - The quoted policy amount and the final policy amount were ~$50 different (~10% on my 6 month auto policy). I attempted to call Anthony's office to understand why, but no one answered. I left a voicemail and sent an email, but never got a response. - When getting quoted for homeowners insurance, I wasn't comfortable with the insured value of the house. Maybe I like to be conservative and would prefer to be over-insured, but I thought it was shady that they were saying I would be covered and not to worry if it wasn't enough. Verbal promises come up empty too often in times of need. - I emailed them to swap out a vehicle soon after initiating the policy. They never did it, so I had to call the corporate office to change it. If I didn't pay attention I might not have been covered. - I submitted another vehicle change (online this time) last month after purchasing a new vehicle. I just checked my account one month later and it was never processed. I called the corporate office, so I wouldn't risk not being insured and they had no idea why the Anthony's office didn't process the change. - the reason for the 2nd star - it's still State Farm which is a good company. The agents I talk with at the corporate office are very helpful and friendly. After the most recent issue, I requested to be moved to a new State Farm office. You don't need to do much as my insurance agent, but you need to be reliable on the occasion I might need you.

This is a CPA to avoid at all costs. Do yourself a favor and find another accountant!
