I did not experience the same problems with this fella that others have. Sure, he takes a lot on and may not respond immediately. In my experience with him, he has responded in a normal fashion to my emails and voice mails. I had to have a continuance, too! But it was not his fault. It was mine. I procrastinated too long and the only date I could have done my traffic class fell on a holiday. I took the class and he appeared on my behalf on the next date set. It went exactly as he said it would and I paid the fine he said he could plea for. Is he the most perfect person on the planet, nope. Neither are any of us. He works for very little, so he has to take on a lot of clients. He did well for me, and I would hire him again. But I would only do so for minor traffic violations. read more

We had the pleasure of working with attorney Kent Wittstruck on a traffic violation. We hired him when my son received his first speeding ticket. My son called several attorney's in the area and 4 out of the 5 would not give him the 'time of day'. One wanted 800$ up front. I admit, using an attorney over the net and in another county for a divorce worried me and his name brought on a little more concern, however Mr. Kittstruck would answer any and all concerns and would inform me of the proccess. Clarke was awesome! I got myself into quite a bit of potential trouble and had two serious charges. Clarke said he was pretty confident he could get them significantly reduced and possibly could get one dropped. My traffic ticket was processed without any major issues. He did have to reschedule my court date, but he let me know that was happening via e-mail. He also let me know when it was resolved via e-mail with a scanned copy of my receipt. He adjusted a 75 in a 55 mph zone to a 64 in a 55 mph zone. I am very happy with the results.
