Initially, we received some some poor advice about how to proceed, in our opinion and in retrospect. Then we went to mediation and this is where Cindy and the firm really screwed up our supposed settlement. The wording for the settlement that she composed allowed the opposing party to accuse us of breach of contract, file another lawsuit and put is in a very bad/precarious situation. I would not recommend her/this firm for representation.

William Fay handled my case and was able to explain things step by step the entire way, he was open, up front, and honest which meant a lot, and while he admitted that in this incidence, with it being my first ever violation I wouldn't need a lawyer to go to court for me, he would be happy to do so. Since I'm a somewhat anxious person I opted to have a lawyer on my side just in case. He kept me updated periodically while we waited for my court date and was able to get my charges dismissed, the only charge I had to pay was his legal fee, which was more than reasonable. While I hope I never need his services again, I would definitely recommend him to a friend if needed.
