In the contract it states "Removal of Grass". Grass was raked, not dug up, not removed, and wasn't sprayed to kill the grass. Now the entire backyard has grass growing up through ALL of the landscaping. Don't waste your time with this business. You'll get excuses and customer-blaming and condescending responses from the owner.

One portion of my fence was ten years old, and another portion was five years old. I was looking for greater privacy from prying eyes, security, and to add value to my home. I spend a lot of time in the back yard, so I wanted to have greater enjoyment. I consulted with two other companies, before I went with Lifetime Fence. I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim. The next day, they made some leveling adjustments before installing the pickets, and the rest of the trim. I really like my new fence, and am looking forward to enjoying my backyard for many years to come. I feel that I achieved my objectives with this fence.
