I would think a lawn service wouldn't be doing that much work during rain. Good time to do follow ups? He quoted me on few things - few hundred dollars worth. I agreed. Five days later - crickets. No response, no scheduling. Good they don't need my business.

They charged a fair price for the project. They removed every branch, swept all the sidewalks/porch and even brought in the empty trash cans from the street. Adjacent to the front door entrance of my single-family home, there was a space of ground filled with dead and obviously dying shrubs and bushes which was the aftermath of that historic cold spell that hit us here in Texas in February of 2021. Finally, I decided to do something about that eyesore. I made contact with Carlos Torres, a landscaping specialist with the Complete Tree Services, Inc. In my conversation with Mr. Torres in front of my house, he told me that his work crew could dig up, remove my group of ten shrubs and nearly six feet high bushes and replace them with a beautiful sight of greenery (I don't recall his exact words). Anyway, Carlos spoke with such sincerity about what his landscape crew could do. I believe what he told me, so I gave him the go ahead. Well needless to say, Carlos didn't exaggerate. In my humble opinion, his people backed up his promise (and then some). In one day, his crew proved to be masters of their craft. To merely say that I was satisfied with their finished work would be an understatement. Now don't get me wrong. The replanting that was done wasn't anything elaborate. In fact, I would call it a cross between simplicity with just a touch of elegance. Well, I guess that's about all I have to report about my experience with Carlos Torres and the good people at Complete Tree Services. Please forgive me for making this customer review so long! If I could give this experience 0 stars, I would. Oscar was unprofessional and difficult to work…read morewith. The fence staining was done poorly--he even admitted to applying only a few coats, right after he washed it--and then said fixing it would cost extra. The workmanship and customer service were both very disappointing, and I cannot recommend his services. Unfortunately, I'm out $850, and Oscar refuses to make it right.

Consistently rescheduled over and over again. We have several dogs and would pick up dog feces…read morebefore each mow; so, when he keeps no showing/rescheduling, this wastes our time again and again meticulously picking up the yard trying to prepare it for his services to keep his equipment clean. If we accidentally missed one small piece of feces, he would literally mow around it and leave a chunk of grass un-mowed in the middle of the lawn. Then, when we voiced that our time was also worth something and it wastes our time when he would reschedule last minute all the time, he says, "you can always cancel your services," which we did. Started out doing a great job then work quality and punctuality got worse over time. I do not recommend using this company.
