What really stood out to me was his knowledge. He pointed out a couple of invasive trees in my yard that needed to be removed right away, which I wouldn't have caught on my own (mulberry and chinaberry trees). We walked the property together, talked through what needed trimming or cleanup, and he gave me a quote on the spot, then followed up with it by email. Once I approved everything, they came out on April 6th and got right to work. Darrell and his team were incredibly efficient. They handled everything we discussed in just over an hour, which honestly surprised me. On top of that, they even replanted a plant I wanted to keep into a large outdoor vase that had a dead plant inside of it. They cleaned up all the debris and left the yard looking fresh and well cared for. The pricing was very fair, and there were no surprises. Right before they wrapped up, I asked if they could also remove a tree that had recently damaged a retaining wall near my front porch. Darrell took care of it quickly and charged a very reasonable additional price. Payment was easy through Zelle, which made the whole process even smoother. The experience has been far from positive. We negotiated prices, they took measurements of my property, we walked around the house, and in general, we had a detailed conversation about the work that was going to be performed. After agreeing to the price, I asked the son to send me a text outlining the services and the agreed price. After this happened, I was told the work would take a few days. A couple of days or so after the work began, I received a text stating the duration of the job would require extension because "there is no grass at the moment," and they (the grass supplier) wouldn't be open for a few days. I said ok to that, no problem. A day later I got a text stating it would cost them more to complete the job. Playing devil's advocate, I inquired into how much more it would require. I was then told it would cost another $1360 additional over and above the almost $3000 we agreed to. I was then asked if I wanted the job they started finished to which I replied all this was pretty outrageous as my front and backyard was already carved up. Long and short of this I was asked to make another payment of $1850 in addition to the $600 I gave them to start the job, which I did, following which they subsequently ghosted me and have ceased to answer or respond to any of my calls and messages inquiring into the completion of the work we agreed to. The installed grass in the front is of varying quality and is dying, the grass in the back of the house (other than a slim line on one side) has not been installed. You would be best served avoiding these fellows - they lack integrity and professionalism, and are very money hungry in general. They obviously do not adhere to agreements and are likely to do the same to you.

I cancelled service because after my maiden grass bush was about half chopped off while they were weed eating, I sent a pleasant text message to let them know what happened and next time please be more careful. The last time they mowed we had to go weed eat against the fence because they didn't do a throughout job. I did not receive any kind of communication from you. NONE. Complained for more money every time the grass was tall because I would ask them to come, and they'd show up a week or two later. And after the first mow of the season they've blocked my number. Overall never knew if they'd show up, they never showed up consistently every two weeks, I always had to reach out, and regularly had to haggle price. Bad explanations were given like "I need more this season because gas is higher." Except gas will only temporarily be high but wants to go ahead and establish it will be higher all season regardless. Nothing beyond this to say. Have message receipts for all the claims, including getting blocked.
