Just received another estimate from a company that does most of the landscaping and irrigation in southlake town square. Very reputable, great reviews and it was HALF the PRICE quoted from PRICE RIGHT. No games. When Mica from PRICE RIGHT came here he Was originally asked to trim 3 Trees He had the audacity to quote an 800.00 minimum for the work which he later revised to 300. Wtf? Who wants to play games and have him blame the secretary? As I said the price quoted for a stepping stone walkway was 2 TIMES the amount quoted by a company that does most of the work in Southlake Town Square. I had my front yard worked on and they punctured multiple parts of my drip system while doing the work. This caused multiple areas of flooding. They did not fix the issues and instead referred to their legal disclosures on how they are not reasonable for damage to your irrigation system during installation. I would not recommend this company because they caused damage to my property during installation and cost me additional money fixing their mistakes. read more

We had multiple retaining walls installed last year by Jason and his team with Price Right. The initial communication with Price was fast and pleasant. He came out the same day to give us a quote. The reviews online were glowing and it was apparent they had a lot of support from their friends and church community. We wanted to support a local business and felt good about moving forward with them. Unfortunately, things just seemed to fall apart after that. They never called 811 before digging and less than 20 minutes into the job our internet line was cut. Fortunately we were able to get it fixed by AT& T quickly and they didn't charge us. We moved on pretty quickly and accepted that it was a simple mistake. A few hours later I went outside to check on the progress of the work and Jason said that they would probably be finished with the job the same day. The job was for a double stack retaining wall with brick row cap. I was a little bit puzzled by this because I didn't understand how they would be able to do the entire job order in one day. I quickly noticed that they were just digging a shallow trench and placing the Austin Stone directly on the dirt. I immediately called Price and asked why they were placing the stones directly on the dirt instead of the concrete reinforced with rebar. He stated he forgot to tell Jason that the work order was for the rebar reienforced concrete base. At this point in time I was home alone with my two younger kids and my husband was out working. I took his word that they would fix the problem and continue the install correctly. Upon completion of double stack Austin Stone our entire flower bed and lawn flooded because they hit an irrigation line. After they "fixed" it they completely forgot to put one of the sprinkler heads back on and our yard flooded again a week later. They didn't match the mortar color to our house like asked. They also stated they had found a close match with our house for the brick cap. When I told them it wasn't a close match, they had to go all over town looking and then said it would be a few weeks before they could complete it with the matching brick. After the headache we endured up to this point, we decided to have them only do the double stack and we consulted another company who was able to locate the brick and have it installed within a week. Fast forward a year later and there are cracks all over the retaining walls. It took 3 weeks to get a reply back from Price Right when I consulted them about the warranty. They stated the warranty was voided due to the brick cap being installed by another company. I explained this was clearly a foundation issue and there was nothing in the warranty agreement that said it would be voided. They said it was industry standard. They didn't offer any sort of solution and acted like they wanted nothing to do with us. I had two other companies come out and say that there is no way It should be cracking this much if it was it was properly installed on concrete reinforced with rebar. This company has always delivered when it comes to customer service, product service and being efficient. Ruben came out and walked the grounds with us to see what services we needed done, which was a lot. He suggested what we needed to do with certain trees, but was not pushy about having them done. He was able to get me a quote within the hour and they were out here 4 days later. We had services done in both the front and back yard. The crew started about 8:30 and was complete with everything by 5. They took all the dead trees me bushes out and cleaned up all around the house. I will continue to use Price Right with all my tree and lawn services. read more

We contacted them last week and asked for a quote. They came out this morning (Tuesday) and within 3 they had taken down and cleaned up two large Pine Trees that had died in this summers heat. Both trees were over 40 years old! They were able to take them down and not even touch our wooden fence! The 3 gentleman were extremely nice and polite even with all the pictures we were taking!! I would stay far away from this company. The person which quoted my tree removes was very nice and professional however the workers that they sent to cut down the trees spoke very little English so it was hard to communicate with them. They damaged my fence and then refused to take accountability and responsibility for the damage. Be very careful when choosing a tree company. Price right trees is not worth it no.matter what the price is, they will not fix what they broke. This company won't be around much longer with the way they do business. The wife is nice, the husband is a total jerk. read more

"Price and his men are professional and hard working. They've done several jobs at my home and I've been very pleased with their work. On the most recent stump removal, they cut an underground pool water line. Price called me immediately, let me know what happened and that he had it handled. He brought out a pool service professional and had the line repaired, at his own expense of course. We had Price Right take out a huge mulberry tree for our parents that was over 40 years old and dying. The tree branches spanned some power lines, a house, fences and driveways. Price and his whole crew were exceptional and efficient when taking out the tree. They worked hard and skillfully maneuvered the tree limbs around the obstacles in a few hours. They also cleaned up the yard and made sure our parents were completely satisfied with the tree removal before they left.
