The staff are really helpful, and they are generally always there to assist you, but the women's section of the shop has hardly any choice, with there only being a couple of racks of shoes available. The childrens section is a different story- it takes up half the shop, and there are loads of staff there just to help the kid's section. If you need to buy school shoes, then this could be a good place to come, even if it is a bit expensive, but I wouldn't come here often.

We once went to get some school shoes the day before term started. Big mistake as expected, the shop was boiling hot and staff were stretched to the limit. Most designs were sold out too. Avoid that time and it'll be fine. Of course as everybody knows shoes are not cheap here. But they last very well and it is worth it for everyday footwear like your regular shoes or the kids school shoes and trainers.
