There was no extreme temperature change or any point of impact to cause this to happen. We have pictures to prove. Select Door completely washed their hands because they said Hoelscher does not provide any warranty. Hoelscher should be ashamed of themselves selling these obviously defective doors! And Select Door for recommending them. Needless to say, we were very dissapointed with both company's and their customer service and lack of trying to help us resolve this issue. Lesson learned, should have just gone with Home Depot or Lowes where they have decent warranties.O

He measured every room and used software to fix a price (I realize now that was for his benefit, not mine). He did such an unprofessional job! Used no painters tape (because" if you are pro you don't need to)" so there are no sharp lines between the ceiling and wall or the trim and the wall, or the wall and floor. There are many places where the white shows through the gray. He didn't label the doors he took down to put them back in the right door so one won't stay closed. He didn't prime the doors before painting them and once bumped the paint comes off in a thick strip. I could go on and on. The little money I might have saved is overshadowed by my daily regret.

They have a sturdy solid wood and plywood construction, perfectly sanded and great attention to detail. Nearly every cabinet has pull out drawers, and every drawer is full extension. They allowed me to customize every detail, down to the beadboard backing for my mudroom and width and depth of individual bookshelves. A & C's price for ALL the cabinets was less than the price offered by Lowe's for ONLY the kitchen, MDF construction, and standard (non-custom) cabinets.
