We rented the boat for a half a day and enjoyed drinks, snacks, sun, and fun. One of the best things is pulling off on to a dock and taking a short hike to another Lake, unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lake. There is a lean-to at the end of that hike. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we were an hour out and would have taken an hour or more to exchange them. Maybe if we were more experienced we'd have seen that but they shouldn't be giving a boat full of adults a pair of kiddie water skis. Management was not particularly conciliatory either, although they comped our gas bill after some discussion. But no water skiing for us. Caveat Emptor to the inexperienced boater/skiers! Otherwise a great time was had by all!

When ask if it was one of the guys, one bark out with a side smirk, "I only fix 'em and there's no way you'd ever see me trying to fly one, so I guess I'd never own one." Behind the Hanger, three tier storage barn, with neatly wrapped boats in storage. Across the main road on an open parcel, guessing 10+ acres, full of other boats similarly wrapped on trailers in storage. The crew was busy prepping as orders arrived for the summer season. We debated a rental if the kayaking began to fizzle - that never happened. They service, store, rent, and sell a mix of water craft.

Within a couple of hours we arrived, and a couple of hours later we left with a new sled and our first purchase of gear from the truly vast assortment available there. Phil was patient and did a great job as he explained everything. He even helped get the sled secured on my truck for the ride home. I'll be back soon when the sled accessories that I ordered come in, I'll pick up some additional gear to ensure that we get the most enjoyment possible from our new sled.
