Myriame is one of the most disrespectful and rude pharmacy employees I've ever encountered. Being from the South, I'm always polite and friendly to any employee who I interact with, and was to Myriame. The pharmacy employee helping me asked Myriame a question right in front of me. Myriame was rude to the cashier, so I quietly suggested she calm down (so as not to embarrass herself in front of all the other customers) because it wasn't a big deal. Twice she bluntly and rudely told me "I'm not talking to you". This was not a "bad day" attitude. This was a complete character issue. It's the kind of attitude that tells you that Myriame has a horrible life because of her lack of manners. Here's the other problem. When I tried to report it to her manager, Don, he was condescending, and tried to deflect the fact that I was complaining about an employee's rudeness. He implied that, because I was in the store inquiring about a prescription before I got a notification, that it was MY fault Myriame was rude. So the root problem isn't just Myriame. It's Don. Don is enabling Myriame to be despicably rude to customers. Time to find another pharmacy.

The staff has changed in the pharmacy, and it's very different and fast now. There is a drive-through also. As a combatted of fact, a prescription that was called in 10 minutes ago, just got filled as I type this/text message alert! Obviously they cannot control how many people show up at the same time. In recent visits, only a few people or none, were at the pharmacy waiting. The store manager is amazing. He is up front usually and just makes everything easy and quick. Such a nice man and so knowledgeable. A few days ago there was a new young man helping people up front, same, efficient, very kind and helpful. Wow, what a pleasant surprise these days! If you go before sunset, when you come outside, you'll be treated to a dazzling sunset. Great clean store, great prices and many sale items, highly recommended!

As I gave the pertinent information, staff informed me that they were currently out of the item I wanted. The next order would come in on Monday. Staff suggested they could check their other stores for availability. I nodded that that was fine and was asked to step over to another counter. I explained the issue to the other staff person. He took a double check on the shelves before going too far in the hunt. It was my lucky day as he found one tube of the medicine. Hooray and thanks to him I wouldn't have to drive to another pharmacy area. The cost of the script was less than quoted by the doctor's office so double hooray. Tonight I had the rare privilege of encountering what may be the single rudest Target employee on…read moreplanet Earth. Imagine walking up, ready to buy a simple item, and being told -- with a straight face -- that I was not allowed to purchase it because she needed to take a photo of the section before anyone was allowed to touch anything. Yes. A photo. Of the shelf. Before customers are allowed to, you know, buy things. Wild concept for a retail store, I know. I stood there trying to wrap my head around the policy. Stores have inventory systems. They scan items. They track SKUs. That's how retail has worked since roughly the invention of barcodes. But apparently this Target now runs on forensic shelf photography and vibes. When I politely questioned the logic, I got attitude -- not an explanation. No "sorry," no "give me one minute," just pure hostility and the sense that I had somehow committed a crime by attempting to spend money. So here's the takeaway: if you come to this Target expecting to purchase products, brace yourself. You may instead be inducted into a bizarre ritual where the shelves are sacred, the camera roll is king, and paying customers are treated like they're interrupting a museum exhibit.
