I was still about 15 minutes away and thought it might be ready as I approached the store. I parked in the shared spaces and waited in line for my script. As I gave the pertinent information, staff informed me that they were currently out of the item I wanted. The next order would come in on Monday. Staff suggested they could check their other stores for availability. I nodded that that was fine and was asked to step over to another counter. I explained the issue to the other staff person. He took a double check on the shelves before going too far in the hunt. It was my lucky day as he found one tube of the medicine. Hooray and thanks to him I wouldn't have to drive to another pharmacy area. The cost of the script was less than quoted by the doctor's office so double hooray. Thank you CVS for going the extra mile!

Erica ended up as the pharmacist handling my prescription. I can't even tell you how much time she spent with me going over my labs and the recommendations; and on multiple occasions. When was the last time you got THAT kind of attention? What's even better? This compounded prescription ended up costing a fraction of what the major pharmaceutical company had been charging me. With what I saved, I had enough money to buy an island in the South Pacific. Clarks is my new 'go to' pharmacy for compound prescriptions.

Let's say a nonline account. I visited the pharmacy, talked to the pharmacist of the day. She was kind and helpful after I explained the issue. She printed copies of the vaccine administered and I was done. That took her a few minutes. I wish the other staff had done that to begin with. Shared parking and WiFi.

Took another 15 minutes to get them to understand the insurance. Picking it up took another 15 minutes even when they called to tell me it was ready a few days later. Seems they never have what I need in stock and it takes at least 2 days to get. Now it seems they are stuck on automatic refill. I tried changing it on their website but it won't allow me too. I called and they said they took it off auto refill and the website has it off auto refill but for some reason they keep auto refilling it. If they can't get something as simple as this correct it concerns me how they manage to get the prescriptions correct.

I called Omniscript probably five minutes after my doctor's office phoned in the medication and let them know I was on my way and would be driving in shortly. Not only did Omniscript turn around this time-sensitive medication in less than an hour for me, their pharmacist also discounted the medication since he felt bad about the whole situation. The staff were extremely generous, quick and helpful. If I need any further compounded medications, I'll definitely be using their services.

Just waiting till they open. There is a gentleman behind the counter doing I don't know what. He motions for me to come over. He ask, what are you here for... I say a flu shot. He then asks me could I not read the sign. I said yes I did it says you are at lunch till 2pm. He then says, well why are you standing there. I say just waiting my turn when 2pm arrives. He then tells me you can not stand there and wait you must sit down. I say I'm good standing but thank you. Again, He say can you not read the sign. I say yes, it says you have a meal break from 1:30 to 2pm. It says nothing about standing or sitting. This guy was so rude I will not get my flu shot there and I will never get my groceries there ever again. I'm standing there in hospital scrubs, with my RN badge and he asks me if I can read the sign. Insulting and rude....I will go to Frys or Walmart from now on. Albertson you can thank your rude pharmacy person for costing you my business.

( We had tried Walgreens first, they planned to take 3 hours to fill it, but filed insurance immediately. I tried calling to get Walgreens to cancel and Jennifer also tried calling but Walgreens poor service extends to not answering the phone.) I was introduced through her to this pharmacy 10 months ago. I've been extremely happy with the quality of their products and the customer service. The doctors are always available to answer questions. Re-ordering prescriptions is extremely easy. I do it all through text messaging with a live person. It takes no time out of my day. My first compound order with them was discounted. I now get a 90-day supply of my HRT gelatin lozenges for $124.99. I've used FedEx in the past for every order, but unfortunately they are unreliable and I received three shipments with my medication warm or hot. I therefore decided to come in person and pick up my order. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and organization inside of the lab, and again the extremely friendly and secure customer service.
