I hired Clark's Well and Pump to drill a well for my new construction home, and couldn't be happier with them! Bob and Travis arrived when they said they would and hit 40+ gallons/minute within an hour. I wish I could give zero stars. I needed my well shocked to rid it of bacteria. Called Bobby Clark--the owner I presume--and was told by him, that he would be there the next day. We spoke the next morning, he said he would be over after he finished one other job. Never showed or called. I finally called late afternoon to be told that he would be there the next morning. I woke up at the crack of dawn to accommodate his 8am supposed call and arrival time only to be thwarted again. I waited until ten and called. No answer. Never heard from him. I called a couple more times with no response. Ever. Not very professional in my book. I called another place today and they were very informative and are coming tomorrow. What a concept. Update: The second company never showed either!! Appalachian something or other on Turkey Creek. They never showed or called either. I looked up someone on Angie's List--Finally got Jerry Fowler to come out!! He was great!! read more
